Very nice quality. Waaaaay too big- I am anywhere from an 8-10 in dress sizes and I ordered a large. These do NOT run small. I don't know if I'll send it back or give to a friend, but I ordered a small instead. Since it stretches so much and the straps are adjustable, I'd go 1 to 2 sizes smaller if I were you. ... show more

The clasps won't only come together when you try to attach your stocking but half of the clasp will actually come off so it doesn't work at all! I would not trust this brand to hold up your stockings you could have a wardrobe malfunction!

I am a plus size gal, weighing 240 1bs. At 5’7”, I carry my weight in my mid section, like many plus size gals around. So I typically wear a XL to a 2X up top and a XXL to 3X on the bottom and depending on the item. When searching for a white garter belt, I did a lot of research reading many of the reviews that were provided for this item. Trusting what other plus size girls had said, I purchased the XXL believing that the stretch in it would fit me well. I was very disappointed to find that the XXL is just a little too small for me. I was also very disappointed to see that the item itself is not as it is pictured. While the design looks the same, the actual mesh is very thin compared to the pictures, which make the item look a little more opaque. What I do like about the item are the 6 straps, which is different than most other items and the metal clips, which are very hard to find and a lot more reliable than their plastic counterparts. I will purchase the larger size, but give this 3 stars, taking off two for overall size and appearance. UPDATE: Bought the 3X and it is larger than expected. Given the alternative, I am keeping the larger size, but overally disappointed at the inconsistent sizing and the very thin material. I am lowering my rating to 2 stars. ... show more

Very nice soft fabric. Not the scratchy sheer some people use. Ordered wrong size originally, had to return it. Easy return fast. Got the new one two days later. It is just the garter I have been searching for. Seems very well made. I would possibly order one size down from normal. Hope it holds up or they don't run out.
