Essie’s First Kiss Bliss is my absolute favorite color from them. I wanted something that reminded me of the ocean, and this shade is exactly it. It’s a soft, light aqua-blue, like seafoam, but leaning more blue than green. It is calming and gives off that breezy, coastal vibe I was going for. I actually bought it to match a top I have, and it matched perfectly. I don’t use a topcoat, and even so, I can wear it for about a week before it starts to chip, which is pretty good. The formula is smooth and easy to apply, and the brush makes it simple to get a clean finish without much effort. It’s functional for everyday wear whether I’m out and about or just want something that looks nice without needing constant touch-ups. For the price, it’s great value. You get a beautiful, long-wearing polish that feels fresh and fun. If you’re into ocean-inspired tones, this one’s a total win. ... show more

Color is Ballet Slipper. This went on very smoothly considering it’s such a light color. Tough to tell but it’s just the barest hint of pink. This was two coats. I’m very happy.

When did nail polish get to be so expensive? However, I like the ESSIE brand. Good selection of colors. Wearability is decent, as well. Except for the $9 pricetag, it's my go-to brand.

The shade "spring fling" despite being described as pink, and only has pictures showing it is pink, is actually GREEN. Not only is it green, it is a very ugly olive shade of green. I would not recommend buying this. I used one coat of "spring fling" over one coat of black, and this is what it looks like. Even with a second coat, it is still green and takes literal hours to completely dry and not smear. I'm honestly very confused, since I've never had a problem with Essie products before and I loved their other shimmer coat, ethereal escape. ... show more
