i like this mascara i used it for a long time but it kind of weighs down my lashes since it’s pretty thick. i would wear it like sitting at home but wouldn’t wear it outside, kind of like dissapears through out the day ykwim?

I have fairly long, sparse, blonde eyelashes. I have always used upper-scaled mascara costing $20-30, with some being better than others. Then switched to eyelash extensions, until Covid hit. So on a whim, I purchased Essence mascara, and I really liked it. But I was even more thrilled when this new choice became available. The thicker, softer brush really works miracles! ... show more

I'm in a skincare group on Facebook and someone recommended this mascara as their Holy Grail mascara. I of course jumped on board because it was cheap! Well there's a reason it's cheap. It's because it's junk! It applies as if you took a tube of mascara that was dry and try to add a little water to it to revive it and applied it to your lashes LOL it's thin, doesn't give you any volume, no length, nothing. To me it's garbage. Didn't like it at all. I will absolutely stick with essence princess lash mascara or thrive. This one ain't it! ... show more
