Greatest strap lock ever. I've been playing for over 50 years and this is the nicest strap lock on the market. Very easy to use and they don't fail. Really nice looking.

  • Costs a little more than the others, but it is rock solid
Style: Nickel
I've used strap locks on my instruments for 30+ years and have tried all kinds. Whenever I buy a new guitar these days, I get the Ernie Ball ones every time. They do cost more than some of the others, but the pinch locking mechanism works great and they are rock solid. Very easy to take on and off without any issue. If you have a guitar that you don't want to drop.... you need some strap locks! ... show more

  • Great Super Locks
Style: Nickel
I have bought 4 sets of these Super Locks. They are very easy to use just make sure to put the strap on to put it in a position that the spring will be accessible for easy use, then lock it down. You will be glad that you invested in these.

  • Excellent quality and work great!
Style: Black
Probably the best strap locks I’ve ever used. Not bulky at all. The buttons themselves can be used just like a regular strap button and placing the strap over it if you wanted to. Used with the locking mechanism they lock in very well. I have complete confidence in these and highly recommend them. The only thing I will mention is that when you place the lock into the strap button give it a tug to make sure it’s locked in. Sometimes it isn’t in all of the way. So give it a little tug to make sure it’s in all of the way and you’re all set. ... show more

  • Simple. Works. Not much to it.
Style: Nickel
I bought these mainly because they're a design I prefer. And also because I put them on an Ernie Ball guitar. I normally wouldn't have paid as much for these but they're going on a $1500 guitar, so in comparison, not a big deal. Installation was pretty straight forward, but I can see how different makes/models of guitar would have different screw sizes where installation might be an issue. Operation is straightforward as well. Push in the 2 side buttons and you're biz. HOWEVER, make sure that both sides engage by giving a tug. I had an incident where mine didn't and my guitar hit the stage headstock first. I always double check now but I'm also sure to push the lock in and side buttons in firm. No repeat gaffs or even misfires since that first one. Durability is yet to be seen but quality seems high. I've had these for a few months and taken the strap off dozens of times in that span with only the one incident above. These things do stick out quite a bit and that's definitely a con. I do like any strap can still go on the button without the locks and that's definitely a plus. I forgot my strap for practice once and just grabbed a random one laying around the studio. There are a lot of system where that isn't possible. ... show more

  • Easy to install

The best way to feel safe when you're playing live, and the price is great. Looks stylish!

  • Seems to be a good lock, easy to install, kinda large
Style: Nickel
Seems solidly made, easy to install. Kind-of large (strap a good bit away from guitar once locked in). Locking is easy, but I'm curious about longevity given the tiny tolerances the ball-ledge mechanism used for the locking. Time will tell, but if it fails, will be fast and bad.
