Ok, I was hesitant to buy this due to it’s high price, but having used it 10+ times in a single day and i’m glad I didn’t go for a cheaper model or a multi-tool; multi tools are great but their shape make fast winding clumsy and uncomfortable. Ernie Ball also has pretty good customer service, 10/10.

I like this better than the cheaper non padded winder I used before. It’s got a nice ergonomic handle and turns smoothly. It stays on the tuners well while turning and I don’t have any concerns about scratching the headstock on my Martin acoustic.
