I wanted a rug for our classroom library, but I was very picky. This rug checked all the boxes and I couldn’t be happier. It had to be soft and inviting. This rug is both! My 4th graders love to sit and read on it during our read aloud. They also love curling up with a good book during independent reading time. It had to be low enough pile that wouldn’t require any extra work for our custodians. They are able to run right over it with the vacuum with no problem. This is great affordable rug with a perfect The Very Hungry Caterpillar design. Unfortunately, it snags really easily. If you're looking for a durable rug, this is not it-but, it would be fine in a low traffic area.
