This stroller is the greatest! It has everything you need and is totally worth the price! For context, I’ve had this stroller for 10 months since my baby was 3 months old. I have a bigger uppababy stroller for day to day, but I needed a good travel stroller that we could take on a plane for music festivals, trips to the mountains, etc. PROs: 1. This stroller is super lightweight, folds down to a tiny size so it takes up very little space in the trunk and fits in overhead bin on planes. It is also easy to carry up and down stairs whenever ramps or elevators are not available. 2. This stroller is very sturdy. The handle bar is nice and thick and adjustable. I’ve used this stroller on all kinds of terrains - concrete, asphalt, grass, wet grass, mud, dirt paths, stone, brick, rocks, sandy paths…it performs well on all of them except pure sand (no stroller does well on pure sand). The suspension is great - it just feels high quality and solid and it is so easy to maneuver. We walk a lot with this stroller- we’ve probably put over 200 miles on it and it is going just as strong as it did the first day. It is a beast!! 3. The recline on the seat is adjustable and so is the fabric leg area. At three months my daughter was more comfortable in the bassinet style so I adjusted the seat to laying back and popped the leg area up to make a “bassinet” of sorts. Now that she is older I adjust the seat so she is sitting up with her legs hanging over the front. If she falls asleep, I recline it a little bit to keep her comfy. 4. This stroller has a large sunshade. I like that I can pull it down really far to fully protect my baby from the sun. CONs: 1. The basket is not as large as a full sized stroller. A fully stuffed diaper backpack with bottles in it will not fit under the seat without being laid on its back. If you have premade bottles in your bag that could be a problem because of liquid leakage. I just wear my diaper bag as I push the stroller when bottles are in it, but some people might not like that. You can also fit a couple of smaller bags under there, a muslin blanket, a light jacket, a fan, a sippy cup, water bottle or two, and a snack cup, so the basket is not tiny, but it is not massive like many bigger strollers. 2. This stroller is forward facing without an option for baby to face the person pushing the stroller. There is no way to see baby while they are in the forward facing position, aside from stopping the stroller and coming to the front to check on them periodically. This bothered me when my daughter was really young, but she loves facing out now. 3. No accessories are included. I bought a bar for her to rest her feet and hands on. I also bought the matching travel bag to put the stroller in when I travel. Warning - the travel bag material is flimsy but it does fit the stroller perfectly. Duct tape will fix any holes right up. We usually check the stroller rather than carry it on the plane. I also bought separate Velcro cupholders and pockets for the handle. I will probably add to these accessories over time as my daughter needs them (snack tray etc). These accessories are not expensive, so it’s not a big deal to me. Overall my husband and I LOVE this high quality, lightweight, and sturdy stroller. It has been on so many adventures with us, and we believe it is the best thing we’ve bought for our baby so far. You will not regret getting this!

I bought this to be my travel stroller. The fact that it folds down small enough to fit in the overhead compartment was the biggest selling point. It fit in the overhead compartment of our plane with room to spare. I recently used this on a weeklong trip to the Caribbean and my three month old baby practically lived in it anytime we weren’t in the hotel. The full recline was essential, as he is too young to sit up in an inclined position. I loved the infant nest feature using the side snaps as it kept his feet and toys safely inside the stroller. You just have to remember to unsnap the panels anytime you’re closing the stroller. the seat is nicely padded, and my baby seemed comfortable anytime he was in the stroller. The basket underneath is small, but it was big enough to hold my midsized tote, which doubled as my diaper bag. The basket is easier to access from the front when the leg flap is folded up. The telescoping handle is a nice feature, as my 6 foot husband was able to adjust it whenever he was pushing the stroller, and I could lower it whenever I was pushing. The wheels roll nice and smoothly. It practically pushes itself. I walked with it one-handed the majority of the time. As others have said, the canopy does not fully cover the child, depending on the angle of the sun and the time of day. I kept a thin blanket handy and just clipped it to the canopy to provide additional shade when needed. The only downside for me is that I cannot close it one-handed, and I have a hard time opening it one-handed as well. My husband, who has bigger hands, is able to close it with one hand. Definitely not a dealbreaker. Highly recommend if you are in need of a compact travel stroller. It is also recommended to get the travel bag, which is sold separately, for storing the stroller when it’s not in use.

Not willing to spend bugaboo butterfly money on our travel stroller after much debate I settled on the ergobaby metro+. it has been a dream. Fits in almost every overhead bin, lays almost totally flat for easy naps on the go, easy to push and a great price! I love this thing and recommend it to everyone. It doesn't fold as easily as some others but it easily makes up for that in all other categories. We've taken it to 5 countries, Hawaii and elsewhere and it looks brand new and works like a dream. Highly recommend.

Firstly, I really want to give this stroller a 5 star review but I subtracted a star for the less than smooth opening and close of the stroller. You need your hand and at least your foot to kick this thing open. There's room for improvement in that department. Also, I was mistaken and thought the back pack came with it and it does not. It's out of stock on Amazon, but you can order it directly from the seller and they give you a coupon for a 1st time purchase. That being said, this stroller is amazing. I'm writing this as my 12 month old is asleep and snoring in it. Not only is this thing compact and the smoothest ride, it has a big perk a lot of the compact stroller don't have. This thing allows you to lay the baby completely flat. You even have a foot rest. This is essentially a bed on wheels. But even if baby doesn't want to sleep you can also have it fully erect, or somewhere in between. I bought this because I am traveling out of the country and going from airport to airport with a baby is difficult. Your baby needs space to relax, especially with layovers or dead time in between flights. You can look at the pictures I put in this review. My 12 month old baby is 26lbs and 33 inches long. There is still plenty of room to grow. I love this stroller so far. I will update after my trip to let you know if anything changed.

We finally pulled the trigger on this stroller for a trip we took to Hawaii with our toddler. I LOVE how small it folds up. It fit in the overhead bin without problem. It's a little tricky to break down at first, so practice before your first trip (don't be like me frantically trying to break it down on the loading bridge of the plane). Once you get used to it, it's simple. The storage basket is on the smaller side, but actually not as bad as I thought because you can load it from the front too by lifting up the leg rest. We were able to fit two towels, two large water bottles, a small backpack, shoes, and a few beach toys in there with room to spare. There is also a stretchy pouch on the back that holds a lot as well - we stashed a change of clothes for all three of us in there. The recline is great- my toddler slept on a long walk home after dinner one night. My only complaint is that it does not do bumpy terrain or off-road well at all. Even an upraised sidewalk crack with bring this thing to a startling halt. Other than that, we're making this our daily stroller and selling our Thule Spring. Definitely recommend if you're a frequent traveler and/or out of the "baby" stage and don't need to bring a lot of stuff anymore.

I love how small this stroller gets. I was amazed at what a smooth ride it is when pushing. I love all the padding to make it more comfortable for my little as well as how easy it is to adjust the shoulder straps. Changing the incline/decline of the seat is super easy as well as adjusting the foot rest. The basket is larger than expected. It did come with a rain shield which I am glad for. I did add a couple handles and a cup holder to my stroller. I did also order the arm for the front to be able to attach a soppy cup with a strap to while traveling or going on walks. As well as the sleep sack thing for cold walks. I’ll try to remember to add more photos with those items when I get them. Folding and unfolding is a bit of a struggle. Definitely not something you can do one handed while holding a baby, which will be interesting for me while traveling this weekend. This will be a great stroller to keep in my Jeep. Also fabulous to use when my toddler is up for a walk or I carry my littlest (1yo) in a carrier. So far we love it. My littles love climbing into it and sitting if I have it set up in the livingroom. It makes for a great seat.

Our search for the perfect compact travel stroller is finally over! After looking for some time, purchasing and returning a few options the Merto+ stood above the rest. Is it the cheapest option, no. Is it the lightest option, no. Or even the smallest folding, nope. But it offers so much more. This stroller folds small enough to easily fit in an airplane overhead bin, rolls smooth and easy enough for a day at the amusement park and has a good size storage area. The feel of strength and confidence it’s not about to snap in half are worth not being the smallest or lightest. This stroller has already been on half a dozen flights with us and has been perfect every time. I was hesitant to replace our Nuna Mixx next with a different travel stroller (we took the Nuna on 35 flights, but had to gate check it each time). I didn’t want to give up the quality and ease of use of the Nuna but the Metro+ does an excellent job bringing that quality into a smaller package. You won’t be disappointed.

I wanted a stroller that would 100% fit in a standard, major airline's overhead bin. I believe it would even fit in a regional jet like a CRJ200 as it folds up as small or smaller than some carry ons, but we haven't flown in one so I can't speak to that. We also wanted a stroller that would lay flat for our son to sleep in. So it was a good fit for what we needed. I will say that the canopy keeps popping out on one side and although it's easy to readjust, it's just annoying to constantly pop it back in. It's also not as smooth to open as the videos make it look. Not a deal breaker for us. One thing I didn't really care for was that the "basket" underneath does not have a guard nearest to the breaks, just on the sides. So if you go up a curb or something, anything in your basket can potentially fall out. It's easy to maneuver and lightweight so good for travelling. I bought it while on sale, I would say if you can wait for the price to drop then wait it out. Don't think it's really worth full price. Also I had a issue with my first stroller and Ergobaby's customer service was VERY unhelpful. Ended up having to reorder through Amazon. So all in all, it's ok. It's not a bad stroller, it's not the best stroller I ever had. It's small and that's what I needed at the time so it served it's purpose.
