This is an excellent desk. It’s a bit of a fuss to put together, but it goes together well. It took me about 40 minutes to put it together and I needed someone to help me set it on its feet. The motor is very quiet, and while the presets are about right, you do have the ability to easily adjust those presets to your preferred height. Importantly, I found the table to be sturdy, and did not shake or move when I was typing. Be sure to buy a padded mat to stand on and cable management trays to attach underneath the table. Took a while to put together, but from reading the reviews, I expected a couple of hours (took about an hour). I did have to have my husband help my flip the top, as it is large and awkward for one person, and I didn't want to wreck it. Directions were easy to follow and the sit to stand mechanisms were easy to install and work really well. They operate smoothly and at perfect height options for my needs and even my husband (I'm only 5'4" & he's 5'10"). The desk does has a couple of seams but they aligned well for me and I dont place a lot of weight on my desk. If you lean on the desk a lot, I could see them varying slightly over time depending on the type of flooring you have the desk on (ours is on carpet). Overall, I'm very happy with my desk. The media could not be loaded. Heavy box- 80lbs give or take. Good instruction manual, easy to follow directions. Took approx 25min to assemble. Instructions are listed for configuration with a long side on the right or left which took the guess work out. I would strongly recommend using an electric impact driver or a drill with a Phillips head bit. If not, you’ll have to use your own screwdriver (not included). Holes are pre drilled for screws. Motor makes a hum/whirring noise but honestly it’s quiet. I had to turn off my fan in the room to show the sound in the video. Overall impressions - 8/10. Value is good. Desktop material is adequate for the money. Good for home office. Slight wobble with nothing on the desktop, this may resolve itself with weight of a comp etc. Would recommend. ... show more

I have been using this desk for quite some time now. Is it perfect? no not at all. I got this for a good price and wanted a desk that I can adjust since I work from home, needed to be able to stand up and more importantly fit a walking underneath it when I want to walk and work. so far it's been holding up well. Setting it all up wasn't too bad, it came with 3 pieces my husband did all the work about an hour or so. he's all about perfection and I don't mind. the 3 boards doesn't bother me. I have giant pads and desk protector so I don't really see it. The desk comes 3 preset that you can do, adjusting the height was simple with a press of a button. The max height is way more than I needed (I am only 5'5) so I imagine for taller people it will be just fine! I have two 34 inch monitors on it with the dual arm mount. After over a year, I do see the back part sag a little but not too noticeable for me. I think it was well worth what I paid for it. I love this desk. My home office is in a corner of a bedroom and this desk is attractive enough with a low profile so it doesn't take up much visual room. I use it every day and have two monitors and all my other supplies ready at hand. I don't use the motor every day but it always works perfectly and is pretty quiet. When the desk is extended, it's stable - I can lean on it and it never budges. It was pretty easy to assemble. My son happened to come by right after it was delivered and helped me put it together.
