The instructions were very good and the desk was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy raised up and travels easily up or down without effecting the items on the desk top. IF there was one wish it would be for the keyboard tray to extend further to the right (right handed) as to allow for a mouse pad. Very spacious. For the width, I can put “2” monitors and a laptop side-by-side. For the Depth, because the keyboard and mouse is underneath the desk, I can easily write or lay a large book on the desk in front of my laptop. The height is adjustable and is very quiet. This desk is all that it was written up for. It's sturdy. It's heavy. The controls work beautifully. There are notches in the back to stream your chords and cables through which is handy. The keyboard drawer works beautifully and it's big enough to have both the keyboard and the mouse and mouse pad on it. Initially, this is a great desk. When I have something that needs assembly I often have a family member that helps me. I am in my 70s and don't have the strength or dexterity that I used to have and this time, my grandson helped me. Assembly went smoothly but it turned out we completely missed one step. I don't think it has caused any problems since this is a solidly made item. The various parts, like the frame, desktop, motor, etc. all went together fast and easily. Pre-drilled holes were exactly where they should be and matched up with whatever was being attached. I do have hearing loss, so whether or not the motor is noisy, I can't address it. To me, it is very quiet, and smooth operating up/down and stops quickly when you release the button. Since I am still re-arranging my computer room, I haven't tried to set the user stops for specific heights. The only negative I have is the pullout keyboard/mouse tray. My keyboard had its own wristrest that didn't allow it to fit because of the wristrest that came with the pullout. I had to remove the much more comfortable keyboard wristrest and don't like the small, thin, wristrest that came with this desk. I freely give this 5 stars for quality, workmanship, and design that make this a very usable desk. ... show more

This desk is perfect for three monitors. It has a wide range of adjustments so I don’t need a foot rest to make up for the height from desk to floor. The mechanics is smooth and super quiet. It was easy to put together. I love the hooks on the side for my backpack and purse. There is room if you wanted to add hanging baskets or shelves under the desk for your notebooks and stuff.
