  • Perfect desk!
Color: Vintage Brown Size: 63*28
Got exactly what I need it and what I wanted. Looks amazing. Easy to build.

  • Sturdy desk
Color: White Size: 48*24
This desk took me an hour or so to put together. Nothing was numbered or labeled which I find the easiest way to assemble items but there were no more than 2 matching pieces so it was not difficult. This has some weight to it once you try to place the table on the legs but I was able to assemble this alone. I like how high the desk can raise to which is 48 inches and as low as 27 inches. My treadmill fits underneath this desk easily and I have a treadmill with handles that fold up and down but it fits under the desk with the handles up. This desk is very sturdy and even though I have it on carpet, there is no wobbling and it slides easily on the carpet. ... show more

  • You don't know you need a 63" desk until you try it
Color: Black Size: 63*28
I don't even have that much stuff to put on it. It's just nice to have the extra space, and the drawers are a very nice touch for all those tiny items that you don't want cluttering the desk. Rising mechanism? Perfect. Wobble? None. And just as sturdy as the photos make it look (don't actually sit on it though). ... show more

  • Lovely and great for the price!
Color: Vintage Brown Size: 48*24
The media could not be loaded. (Apologies for the clutter in the pics, but c’est la vie.) I am pleasantly surprised that this desk turned out as nice as it is. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, though it did take a while. I have a small studio space, so I kept the legs and top apart until I moved both into my space— then attached the top to the legs once in place. I was able to lift both by myself and maneuver them both through my small door opening. I’m a 5’3”, 130lbs. female; ie, not too heavy. The one assembly hiccup I had was with the table top. The instructions got a little fuzzy and the image didn’t exactly match the step. I ended up drilling the long screws into the dowels of the center drawer walls trying to go by the instructions instead of my gut (it was late and I was a bit tired and was thinking it was meant to make the connection stronger. I’m actually good at assembling furniture, I swear.) the picture shows the center pieces touching the “box” when they should be flipped around. Hard to describe… basically, don’t drill into the anchors. Line the screws up to the provided pilot holes. =D It only kind of messed things up. Once I realized the side panels weren’t aligning, I went back and managed to fix it. Not wanting to deal with digging out the dowels to replace (extra hardware/dowels were included), I used the remains of the two I screwed into and it held enough to get the screws into the proper place. I don’t see an issue since it’s not a structural imperative, so I went with it. The top is made from veneered WOOD! That’s right— not particle board, but wood. Very impressed by that. I think my only concern is how the base panel is two pieces fixed together. The side panels and the legs should help keep it sturdy, but I could see potential issues if too much weight is placed on the front. The motor is decent. I don’t intend to use it all the time, but with occasional use, I hope it lasts a while. The axel rod is a little bendy, but it does its job. My husband warned not to get hair/fingers caught. I was thinking it would be on the back of the desk, but it’s on the front and exposed to hair/fingers/cords. So, keep that in mind if you have pets or kids. I’m using for a watercolor station in my space. It says it can hold a max of 132 lbs, so it works for my use. The legs are solid and sturdy, but I don’t know about the motor. I wouldn’t pile a bunch of monitors on top— maybe one medium sized one— and expect the motor to last (unlike my husband’s whose motor can lift 500lbs that he got almost a decade ago for about $500, which are now around $1k, he said.) It does work pretty smoothly, though even with stuff on it! All in all, for the current $199 price tag, I am very pleased with the quality and the look! Oh, the top “vintage brown” appears a little darker than the picture, but I love the color. ... show more

  • Incorrect part sent
Color: Black Size: 48*24
Half way through putting this desk together, I notice that the holes to put the desk top together were drilled on the wrong end, so I will now need to take it back apart and lug this heavy thing down to be returned.

  • This desk went together and works like a dream!!
Color: Black Size: 48*24
The media could not be loaded. My husband and I don't necessarily need a desk right now- being in a transitional phase, waiting for our new home to be done- so we are renting a small place and don't have the space for one (no matter how nice it would be for me to have my home office set up). While the last thing we needed- right now- is something that takes up more space- when I saw that this desk can rise to a height where you can stand to use it (up to 47 inches) or sit and use it (the lowest 28 inches)- I figured we could use it right now for the television (in our bedroom) and other items we need- having the ability to store things in the space underneath (because 47 inches is fairly high). Then, after our home is finished- I have the perfect desk to move in. IMO this is a desk you can keep and use over a long period. Though I was born into a world that had never heard of doing work while standing at a desk. And I remember hearing the first time about people who did this and thought, why? Now that I am older I see the benefits I might get out of being able to stand at a desk- getting such bad neck and back pain- there will probably be a time- in the near future- that I will not be able to sit for long periods- so a desk like this will come in handy. When my husband sets it up in the new home- depending on how my medical issues are going- I can either sit or stand. And with this desk- depending on whether I need to sit or stand- it can be adjusted. While you can't just adjust it to any height- between 27 and 47 inches- there are four different settings that you can adjust the desk height to. The other thing I liked about this desk- a feature that we are not using right now (while we use the desk for the television in our bedroom and for the storage area underneath)- is the way you already can hook your computer screen to this desk- because there is an area on the back of the desk- a clamp for mounting the television. If you are looking for a desk for a young adult who is starting college- I think this is the best one for them. Because for the next decade (maybe more for some and less for others)- a desk like this will come in handy- as they use it for schooling and then, if they go into a job or have to continue to look for one- they can keep it for a long time- having the versatility of this desk- and the height adjustment- to enjoy. The only thing that may not be the fun part is moving this desk so soon (we will have to do that in six to nine months- when our home is finished). It is not the lightest of items- however, it is not the heaviest. When I spoke to my husband about the issues with moving it- "most desks are heavy," he told me, "and compared to the other desks we have had (and he has had to move for others) this one will be easier (than others). The best thing is that- when we move the desk- we can set it at its lowest height- 27 inches, to get it to fit through the moving area easier. This desk went together with ease- instructions included that will aid you in the process. It is working out perfectly as a temporary television stand- until we get it into our new home! If anyone has any questions about this desk, please feel free to reach out and ask. Thank you ... show more
