They arrived early, and were securely shipped via pallet and wrap. No exterior damage. The dryer is lightweight, however the washer is extremely heavy, much heavier then we anticipated. The Installation included all hoses and brackets needed, however the dryer hose was too short, we had to buy a longer one. The washer has a variety of settings easy to read. The dryer lint trap isn't easy to remove or put back after to clean the lint trap filter in the back of the drum. Thats about the only negative thing I've come across while using the dryer. ... show more

Works good. Did leak a bunch from the detergent tray. Turned down the pressure of the water hook up to half at washer and it stopped

Received this a week ago installed so far so good only thing is the stacking bracket is rear attached and we’re I had to install not able to use this bracket correctly
