Red light never changes.
The epilator works well. But I have returned two of them because when I charge it the light stays red and never indicates that that machine is completely charged. No one at Amazon can tell me if this is the way it is made or if it is defective. I texted the seller but it was never answered. Does anybody know if the red light changes when it is fully charged ???

Easy to use
Very easy to use and so convenient. I used a couple of days in a row to get any hair that was missed. Now I can use it just for maintenance

Do not buy this. I bought it and tried it out on my leg and arm nothing came off it kept catching skin. Dont waste your money on this product just shave a lot easier and actually gets your hair.

Bad charging socket on machine
Charger is not working properly..it works sometimes but very uncertain..i change the cable but socket is not working for any cable. I lost my return window now..waste of money ☹️
