Epilady warned me that this is their product even though it has another brand name printed on it. I am not so sure. This is absolute crap in performance compared to my old epilady. The only reason I bought it was because I misplaced my original one. This misses most hairs leaving a lot of tweezing behind. Also it came with no instructions and has no full charge indicator. My original one had a full charge indicator after about two hours of charging: the red LED would switch to a yellow/green. This one stayed red for 12 hours. The only saving feature is that this device is inspiring me to look harder for my original purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Not good for Armpits, bad precision & sometimes catches thin skin and takes longer than my prior single Phillips Satinelle Soft epilator (cord broke after 7 years of use). I thought it would help save time as it has double blades, but not really, maybe just a little time saving, as I end up going over same area over and over.

Me atrajo el producto por tener dos cabezas pense que era mas efectivo, ya que he usado el de una cabeza por mas de 10 anos, sin embargo las dos cabezas hacen imposible llegar a los lugares internos de la entrepierna. Ademas una cabeza gira para un lado y la otra para el otro lado, lo cual al depilarse uno de los lados la segunda cabeza es inutil y lo que hace es impedir la depilada pues estorba. Me parecio dificil de usar y no util ni retira el bello como debiera.
