The good: useful pockets (although not for phone, but for keys & smaller things), cool print, sturdy, thick fabric, compressive, you feel very secure wearing this pair. Doesn't ride up as much as other pairs. The bad: the back is white, meaning when stretched you can see the white fabric... this means it is not squad proof when really stretched. I'm 5'3'' and 165 lbs. Very fit. active weightlifter and bjj training. These weren't as soft as i was hoping them to be. They looked SUPER cute though. However, if the material was different they might have a little more stretch. I do have a very muscular rear end and I think that made it a little tight. I had to return unfortunately. I really love the pattern of these shorts, they’re very fun and colorful, and the pockets are amazing. The only problem I have is the sizing. I originally bought a medium since that is my usual size, but found the shorts to be just a little too tight for me. No problem, I’ll just order them the next size up (large) and they’ll fit better; I was wrong. Going from a medium to a large did not actually make the shorts bigger, it just made them longer. I loved the length of the medium size shorts, but the large size is a good two-three inches longer, but the fit is the same tightness of the medium. I’ll still be keeping the large size shorts, but hopefully this is helpful for anyone waffling between medium and large ... show more

These shorts are awesome fit and material. Size remains consistent after machine washing on cold and laying out to dry. Sits below the hips but not too low (it's really hard to find great shorts that are not high rise). Perfect for yoga, cycling, rock climbing, and others.

I’m not a fan of high rise yoga shorts so I was excited to finally find these! Low rise, pockets, super bootie short! Thicker material so will last, small top waistband. Wish they had more options!!!

I have purchased several other Epic MMA shorts for CrossFit, but these ones run a bit small. I still wear them, but next time I will order a size up. For reference I am 5'2", weigh 140lbs, 28in waist, pants 6-8, athletic build.

These are, like, really really little. I'm about a size 16 so I kinda thought they'd be a little snug, but I could barely get these above mid-thigh when pulling them on. They don't have very much stretch to them. Big time sad face. Quality seemed okay so I gave two stars.
