I was looking for a sturdy glass mug with a comfortable handle that doesn't get too hot to hold. This is made well, looks great and the handle is as described. It seems pretty indestructible, perfect as I am getting a bit clumsy getting on in age. My only issue is that it really only holds 10 oz of liquids. If you add cream or sugar it's close to the top. Nice for a quick little cup of tea of joe, but I prefer a nice big-sized mug for most days. I would love it if it came in larger sizes, like 12 - 14 oz. This came nicely packaged with no concerns about breakage. But bigger would be so great. Please consider my suggestion as I'm pretty sure many others would love it too. ... show more

I purchased this after watching a Korean Romance Drama, "What's Wrong with Secretary Kim?" and thought it was neat they were using clear coffee mugs to drink coffee and tea and you can see the color of the liquor you are drinking. Because it is a unique glass design, I did a lot of research and found other designs cracked or easily broke. This was the most durable design I could find. Even though I still handle them with care to keep them as long as I can. I had them for months and use them regularly to drink coffee and tea, shamefully shunning my other coffee mugs.
