Phone works fine but memory buttons failed after about 4 or 5 months. There are still a few that work but only two. The phone it self works great but I did buy it so the grandparents wouldn't have to dial peoples phone numbers.

I bought this phone for my mother who has dementia and can’t remember phone numbers and no longer has access to a cell phone to use. We put pictures of the her husband and the two kids and all she has to do is just pick up the receiver and push a picture of one of us she wants to talk to. The sound is good, buttons are large and easy to see, the picture can be quite small but it works as intended. It was also a good value as it was not expensive.

I got this for my mom who is in her 90's. She can't see or hear well so it became impossible for her to dial a number to make a call. Regular phones also didn't have a loud enough ringer or handset volume. This has both plus the options to adjust the volumes. It was easy to set up and I just wrote the corresponding names on the little papers provided. Now, all she has to do is hit one button to make a call. It made her so happy to get back some independence by enabling her to do something seemingly simple but otherwise impossible for her to do. She's been using it for a year and our family is so glad to have discovered it.

This phone, made in China, looks and feels cheap. I initially plugged it in to see that it worked. The speaker did not work and when you talked/listened through the reciever there was a ticking the entire time. I'm returning and suggest you stay clear of this one.
