Big wind and rain event yesterday and this cover did a great job on keeping the Griddle dry. The cover is made out of a light weight Oxford cloth material. It has a pull off handle on each side at the top, Velcro straps on the left and right sides, venting at the back which is designed to let air in but keeps the weather out and a draw string cinch at the bottom of the cover. It is all black with some nice looking orange stitching and handles. Even though it is light weight it appears that the material that it is made out of is durable and should hold up to the sun, wind rain and snow. At the price that it is being listed for in Amazon, its quality build and well done stitching this seems to be a good value.

This cover fits my Blackstone 36-inch griddle but is not proportionately tailored, so it looks loose in places. It’s an entry-level cover at a low price point and the material is thin, so don’t expect heavy-duty protection. The cover does include Velcro closures and a drawstring hem, and it does keep rain and snow off the griddle. In stronger winds it can shift, so I used an extra strap to secure it when the weather worsened. If you want a budget option that protects from precipitation, this will do the job. If you need a snug, heavy-duty cover, consider a higher-end, brand-specific model. Pros and Cons • Pros: Low price; covers griddle; Velcro closures; drawstring hem; keeps out rain and snow. • Cons: Thin material; not proportionately fitted; shifts in high winds; may require extra straps for secure fit. Final Recommendation Good budget choice for basic weather protection. Buy it if you want an inexpensive cover and are willing to add straps for windy conditions. Our old griddle cover is as ripping, so I ordered this one to replace it. The cover itself is really nice and it fits great on our 36” Blackstone griddle. The cover is made out of a thin waterproof material that is breathable to prevent condensation and corrosion on your griddle. It has a drawstring closure and straps to hold it down, which is great for those windy days, and it has handles so you can remove it with ease. For the price point, you really can’t expect more from it, it has a lot of features for this price point, and most importantly, it protects your griddle from the elements and keeps it clean. You really don’t need more than that from a cover.

I purchased the Griddle Cover for my Blackstone 36" Griddle and it does the job of keeping dust, rain, and debris off when not in use. The material feels sturdy and the cover is well-made overall. However, there are two things worth noting: First, this cover is overly large unless you keep both side tables fully extended at all times. When the side tables are folded down (which is how most people store their griddle), the cover becomes way too baggy and loose. It looks sloppy and doesn’t sit neatly on the griddle. Second, the drawstring on the bottom does not work well in high wind. Even when pulled tight, the cover still flaps around a lot and can shift or blow partially off during gusty days. I ended up using a couple of bungee cords for extra security. It’s a decent cover for the price and offers good protection when the griddle is set up with tables extended, but if you frequently fold the tables down or live in a windy area, you might want something more fitted or plan to add extra tie-downs.

This griddle cover works very well on my 36" Blackstone. Width wise, it covers the top, both wings, the bottom tray, and the propane tank. With this configuration, the cover stops just above the wheels. The Velcro straps and drawstring do a good job at holing the cover onto the griddle. I really appreciate the covered vent to allow air passage from the bottom and out through the side. This should go a long way in keeping the griddle from rusting while keeping the rain out. My only complaint is that it is extremely thin. I don't know how well it will hold up to strong wind or being exposed to the elements over time. If you need a Blackstone cover, this one is cheap enough that it shouldn't be an issue to replace.

I was initially uncertain about what to expect from a large grill cover at such a low price point. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and functionality of the product. While I do not anticipate that this cover will provide years of long-term durability, it performs its intended purpose effectively for the time being. The stitching appears to be well-executed, with no immediate signs of unraveling or loose seams. Although the material itself is relatively thin, it does feel water resistant, which is essential for protecting the grill from the elements. The cover fits the grill well, providing nice coverage without being loose or difficult to manage. Additionally, the inclusion of both Velcro fasteners and elasticized straps should help to keep the cover securely in place—even in the crazy Oklahoma wind. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and feel that it offers solid value for the price.
