Love the earthy taste and sharp smell . Drizzle of this over bread or hummus or feta is a delight. I wouldn’t use this for cooking it looses its aroma. If you love olives intense version is the way to go. Great quality olive oil. Little expensive for an olive oil but worth it.

I found this after watching Jessi & Alessio's olive oil review on youtube (You’re buying fake Olive Oil.. HOW TO TELL THE DIFFERENCE). It seems expensive, but I wanted to try it anyway. Since the best deal was to purchase the gift set, and I wanted to try all three, I scheduled a few meals around this set and made the order. I invited over some company and we put on a little tasting event the evening after it arrived.
