    • Nice quality, especially for the price
It does what you expect. Everything is well constructed and stable. It's not an especially large piece of equipment and doesn't take up that much room. The mallets that come with the set are plastic, and that is what you would expect from a budget set of mallets that comes with this. When it comes to value for money, I don't know if you are going to do better. ... show more

    • It's OK for the price
This is a good glockenspiel for beginners. Price was good and its well made and comes with a nice stand. Keys are in tune and sound nice. I have two issues with it, one it never gets tight when screwing it on the stand so any moving it it spins and starts coming unscrewed. The other issue is the mallets they are a weak plastic and one broke the first week. Other than those two issues you can't go wrong with it. ... show more

    • Quality is good; stand is great, too.
I ordered this one to replace a previous model that I returned due to poor quality. Not only is this xylophone a decent quality (all notes ring true), but the stand is truly exceptional—very stable and fully adjustable. Wood mallets would have been nice, but I’m not going to complain.

    • Perfect for beginners!
I'm a backup singer! So when the band leader asked if I would also play the glockenspiel I was scared. This made it so easy because the notes are etched on the bars. The stand is very sturdy and the carry case is great!

    • Good value
We purchased this for my daughter who wants to play percussion in band. She has enjoyed learning how to play it. It is an excellent place for her to start. She plays the piano and having the notes on the keys has helped her move easily from the piano to this instrument. It has been very sturdy. We have small children and dogs so I was worried about it being knocked over. That hasn’t been a problem. Even when it is bumped it doesn’t fall over. It was a great value and we are happy with it. ... show more
