Unless you are multi lingual and a computer genius, you should pass on this printer. Directions almost non existent, no way to contact customer service, off brand so you can’t google it. Plus it is large and super heavy. Save your precious money.

I love this printer. I went from an A4 printer to this A3+ and I love the size. I did have a little problem installing the software but that is where my interaction came in with the customer service team. They were very fast and they had me up and printing in no time. Printer worked great for month or two but then started having hardware issues that ended up with me having to get in contact with the manufacturer where I spent an additional $400 in parts. After installation, it turned the two blinking red lights into a constant 1 red ink light on. After working with the manufacturer help desk again, they advised me to turn off my windows defender and reinstall the program, I simply installed the program again and my defender went insane with locating a trojan virus. After quarantining the virus, virtually all the .exe files from the provided USB drive became corrupted. DO NOT BUY THIS, for any reason, DO NOT BUY. ... show more

This printer is great when it is working. But it is broken more than it is working. The tech support is not very helpful. All he does is ask if you have cleaned the print head. I am not stupid. Yes, I cleaned the print head. Or the go to turn it off and turn it back on game. It constantly error codes and instead of giving a permanent fix for it. They say turn it off and turn it back on. Which you have to do after EVERY SINGLE print because it is not fixing the issue. I want a REFUND. If I could give negative stars I would. This is the second one I have gotten. The first one is also broken. I thought it was user errors but this new one broke faster than the first one. Do Not purchase. Buy something else. The only thing I can say is I have got pretty good at fixing the mechanical side of this printer. So thankful for that, I guess. ... show more
