First things first. Can you use this set to open up your own commercial auto garage? Obviously not. These tools are lighter weight than time-honored brands like Craftsman--but they come at a fraction of the price and are perfectly suited for ordinary do-it-yourself work. Added bonus, the whole kit is approximately the size of a cordless drill box, and light enough that virtually anyone could carry it. For approximately $45 (current price), you'll get an enormous variety of functional hand tools suitable for almost any home repair task. In addition to the screwdrivers and sockets you'd expect, you get a small level, a utility knife, PVC tape, a tape measure, and allen wrenches. The ratchet definitely isn't built a commercial-quality version, but it's more than adequate for normal jobs around the house--and up for heavier duty if it's not being done on a regular basis. Best of all, all of the tools fit snugly into the case. Only one seems prone to falling out even if you hold the tray upside down. I got this kit for my car. I have heavier-duty tools for tougher jobs and longevity. But the flexibility and portability of this set is fantastic--especially for the price. Purchasing all of these items separately would set you back, much, MUCH more. If you have no tools and want to make sure you're ready for most household issues, this set should be all you need, with the likely exception of needle-nose pliers.     • Overall a very solid set but the socket wrench is a longevity concern
This is a pretty solid set for basic tools. I keep it in our sound booth at church (where I run sound) where I sometimes need a tool to adjust equipment, instruments, etc. The socket wrench is a little weird and feels less well made than the other tools. I'd be a little worried about trying to put too much torque through the sockets. But if you're just using it for lightweight work around the office or house, I think it's probably fine.     • Ideal set to keep in the trunk of my car
This review is for ENGiNDOT 125 Piece Tool Set,$45 on Amazon. I plan to keep this set of tools in my car. The collection of tools should be adequate for any quick roadside repairs. In addition, this may come in handy on those occasions when I’m vesting someone and they ask me do help out with some quick task like installing a picture frame hook (that’s where the hammer comes in) or some easy electrical repair (that’s where the electrical tape, pillars/snips would come in). Keep in mind, although there are sockets they are not large nor are the socket drivers so you’re not going to be able to do a transmission repair with this set; just small odd jobs.     • Everything you need in one convenient kit
My husband isn't very tool organized. So much so that I am the one who is always looking for his...everything. I got this all in one tool kit for MYSELF actually, so that I would know and have accessible any tool that I need. Well, he saw it, used it and has now taken it over *facepalm* This kit has every single tool you need in one convenient kit/carry case. The grips on the screwdrivers are comfortable, unlike others I have purchased. This kit has come in handy SO many times, he keeps it in his truck for whatever may pop up. AND, the best part....because it was originally "mine", he has actually been putting all the tools back in the kit when he is done using them and hasn't misplaced one...yet!     • I am honestly loving this tool kit
I got this tool kit because I can never find my husband's various tool kits when I need to do a project or repairs around the house. He is simply not that organized. I tend to get my own tools and keep them where I need them. This tool kit has everything I need for so many projects. I love being able to grab and do the hanging, installation, repair, etc. There are certainly a few tools that aren't included, but this truly has the majority of what I need for everyday jobs.
