    • Impossible to get the DuraFon Pro handset repaired
I purchased the handset in 2017 as part of a complete DuraFon Pro 4 line system (this is the 2d System since 2010). I did not use all the new handsets until Feb 2020. I found that one of the handsets (new right out of the box) had a Bad buzzing noise. I have been trying for a month to get the handset repaired, filled out all the paperwork, complete w/original receipt, and still waiting for a reply. I would expect a more prompt response for a $500.00 handset, let alone the close to $6000.00 that I have spent on two complete DuraFon systems since 2010. I have to admit, the phones are golden as long as they work. Customer service is horrible. I would not buy again. ... show more
