This is only my second Amazon review ever. I just bought two sets of these outdoor screens to enclose my two garbage cans. After clearing the spot I wanted, I began to assemble the panels. The first panel took a few minutes to read the instructions and become acquainted with the parts. The last three took about five or ten minutes each. I purchased a small drill auger to drill the holes then set the panels in the ground. The only problem was that the manufacturer only provides two joiner clips with screws. This is fine with only two panels, but I bought two sets, so I had four panels. I called the company, a human answered the phone, and he readily agreed to send me two more sets for free. Now all the panels are connected together. It looks great, seems durable and maintenance free. I bought these because I wanted something that looked attractive and something to prevent the cans from blowing over in high winds. So far so good. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

I had my doubts about what this would really look like when I purchased it. After all, how can plastic look and feel like real wood. After receiving it, I am now quite impressed just how much it looks and feels like real wood. Standing a few feet away, you can't tell, and even up close it is amazing how it looks. The downside is that the posts are plastic, so if your ground is hard you can't really hammer in the posts, you'll have to soften the round in some fashion. My one wish is that the flats fit in a little tighter as they do tend to rattle in the wind. ... show more

I absolutely love these privacy panels...so much so that I've ordered & installed 10 sets of them to create a garden area. The best part about this product is the manufacturer's customer service. This fence was super easy to install, super easy to assemble and is plenty sturdy. Hides our trash can perfectly and is stable in wind. I read reviews where people say it flys off with the wind but there are numerous ways to prevent against that and the wind has to be 25mph plus for that to actually happen. If you have this between houses (like we do) the wind has very little affect. I could not be happier with purchase. We also cut one side down about 12 inches for easier access. I put this in two days ago so no pavers, retaining wall or grass seed yet I doubt I'm the first person to come up with idea of doubling up on the ZP19014 Premium Vinyl Privacy Screen to create a fully enclosed trashcan hide. Pictured are two very large rolling 96 gallon trash and recycling bins. They fit with room to spare. I attached a second panel to the standard corner unit. The end closest to the driveway is wedged in place between the endcap of the screen and our Xfinity box mounted to the exterior wall of our house. That and the recycling bin is rolled up against the unmounted panel. Surprisingly secure in light winds. I plan to keep it unattached but add some PVC pipes in the ground for better stability. I simply lift and move it aside to gain access to the interior. The manufacturer is looking into creating a gate system option from our exchange in e-Mails. In my two boxes, only one 3"x3" cap broke. NYCH parts has a simple and easy replacement method online. Replacement cap coming first class mail out of Charlotte, NC. What went right: Ease of assembly. What I did wrong: I attached an extra section to a corner and moved it alone via a refrigerator dolly on a breezy afternoon. The mistake came in attaching the spikes first. When I put it in place, I did it alone, and popped off half the pvc spikes. Follow the directions and set it in place and then put the spikes in place per the directions. This may require some slight hand digging and backfilling depending on how hard your ground happens to be. Mine was on new lightly compacted fill so only 1 in 4 required shovel work. ... show more

I eventually got them put together. But between screw holes not lining up. Pieces bent. Missing parts. It wasn’t easy. Metal was very scratched up Kind of expensive for such poor quality control
