Just received this sheet yesterday, as I ordered it to fit my new memory foam mattress that I also ordered here on Amazon. Upon arrival I opened it to inspect, as I had become concerned after reading so many negative reviews... after I ordered. I normally read reviews prior to ordering, but I was in a rush and was also having a hard time finding one that, per description, seemed like it would fit the new mattress size, and was available in a color I liked. SO... when I opened and unfolded it, I first inspected all the seams. They are all intact and do not appear to be coming apart. I will say that the built-in straps are white on one end and a dark blue on the other end (my sheet is Olive Green), but since it is under the mattress and no one will see that it really isn't a problem... just made me wonder if they ran out so they just used whatever was available, or if that was a way to mark one end from the other??? Since everything seemed to be together, I went ahead and washed it to get it ready to place on the new bed, which arrived today. After going through wash and rinse cycle, I ended up running the rinse again as I forgot to add my fabric softener, and it was still together at that point. Ran through dryer (twice) and it is still holding up. I've just installed it on the new mattress, it fits my 12" thick memory foam mattress well, and I guess I will see how this sheet continues to hold up after a week of sleeping on it and another wash and dry. I will update only if there is any issue, otherwise if this review is unchanged, it is still holding up. I deducted the one star for the mismatched straps. Oh, I also wanted to comment that several other reviews mentioned theirs looked dirty or used on arrival. I did not have that issue. These seemed new, and clean. Thank you for reading.

I really appreciate being able to buy just the fitted Calif King as opposed to a whole set. That said, the "light blue" I ordered has more green in the color than I expected, almost making it a light teal when it's next to the flat sheet & cases of my existing light blue set. The size works just fine for my application which is a waterbed -- I am able to get it tucked in just as nicely as the prev fitted cal king I had. The fabric feels great -- it's new so I have no idea if that will change in any way over time. I would like to give 5 stars but there is a negative. Oddly, the sheet has a seam in it -- I've never run into this before with a fitted sheet. It's across the 72" length, about 14 " in from the edge of the sheet. Naturally I made the bed so the seam is at the foot of the bed and unseen. It's far enough to the edge of the sheet that you don't feel the seam with your feet. My negative thoughts are two-fold -- will the seam hold up over time? and since I will always want the seam at the foot of the bed, the wear that would be normally spread out by natural rotation of the sheet as you wash & remake the bed won't happen. I am wondering, however, whether this seam is standard on all their fitted sheets, peculiar only to their Cal Kings or peculiar only to the sheet I happened to get. 2 years later update: I bought another one shortly after this first one. They are both still in great shape. Yes, the 2nd one had the unusual seam too. I now have a 12" Casper foam mattress instead of the waterbed. The sheets fit perfectly - but just barely. I would say that 12" is probably the max mattress depth the sheets will work well on.

I bought 4 last January 2022. I love them. Soft when you wash them the thread does not crumble up. Still have all elastic pieces Do NOT pull the elastic strip when putting sheet on mattress. They are to hold the sheet down under the bed but not to pull on just make sure they are under the mattress when you pull the sheet itself

The headline advertises this product as linen. It isn't - the tag merely says 100% microfiber. I had to look up what "microfiber" is. It is fiber manufactured in a lab, and can be made from anything, from wood to polyester. I am allergic to plastic, which is what polyester is, so am dubious about using this sheet when the tag is so vague. I'll sleep on it, launder it, and update this review/rethink number of stars, if necessary. Edited 1/7/18 - Cautiously increasing stars from 2 to 3. The sheet washes well. Fits my mattress well. At least for now, during the winter months, it's very comfortable. Real proof for me will be how comfortable it is during Phoenix heat season (nine months out of the year), when even an air-conditioned house is unpleasantly warm. Since there was nothing in the labeling of this product which indicated the source of the "microfibers," I have no idea if the fiber content is natural or man-made. I do know that natural fibers breathe and plastic ones don't, so I will update again during the summer heat. If this product can pass muster then, I'll increase number of stars again, and purchase more sheets from this company. I still would like to see accurate fiber content. If it is not linen, then the word linen has no place in the product advertising. Edited again November 2018 - we are finally past the summer heat, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised that the sheet did NOT retain heat like polyester does. So again, mystery microfiber isn't something to inspire confidence, but it performed well. I increased stars to 4 and will probably buy more sheets from this company.
