The racks that came with the oven did not fit. Of course I did not realize this until I had completely installed it with difficult modifications to my cabinet. I spent a great deal of time on the phone and they assured me a different set of racks would fit. Not even close. I spent hours on Amazon but NO ONE makes the right size racks. I don't understand how anyone gives this a good review. Maybe my ovens walls are bowed out or something but it looks fine. I was about ready to give up when I realized i hadn't yet hauled off my old oven. Fortunately it's old fashioned high quality SS racks fit nicely. I was happy for a while but now it's intermittent and inconsistent. My first few papa murphy's pizza's baked just fine but then one came out way undercooked on the bottom so the next time I used the "Pizza" setting. This time the bottom apparently never came on and when the top was done the bottom was completely raw. There is no setting to turn on the bottom burner without the top coming on. It's just JUNK! ... show more

I bought this oven as a replacement and this Item is represented as 24 inches but is 23.2 inches with no siding fits into space like a microwave and I would have to hire a cabinet maker to make this fit properly.
