This is a serious pan for anything you want to do in the oven. Whether you want to bake (or broil) your favorite cut of meat, bake cookies, or just warm food up, this is the pan for you!! It's wide and long (18" x 15"). The stainless steel construction makes it very sturdy and there's zero risk of the pan sagging or bending. Still, it manages not to be unreasonably heavy, weighing in at only a little over 2.25 pounds! The black porcelain finish on the stainless steel looks great and very professional! Cleanup is incredibly easy and, because it is stainless steel, it is dishwasher safe and comes out looking brand new every time! Ours continues to look like it did when it first arrived. I can't recommend this tray highly enough! You'll absolutely love it!

I'm replacing my baking pans/cookie sheets over time, so am on the lookout for quality pans. This one seems to make the cut. PROS: - large pan almost fills my big oven rack - light enough to maneuver easily - works well for baking, but careful to not burn bottoms due to thinner metal (okay so far) - slits on the side of the pan make it easy to pick up with oven mitts - slanted design will allow easy pouring of grease or other liquids CONS: - fairly thin metal, but didn't warp in oven

This pan is square. I was mildly surprised, since my brain said it was a replacement so it should be rectangular like the original (my bad). Anyway I like this pan much better for two reasons. It’s a square not a rectangle. It doesn't have the raised sections in the bottom easier to sit things on without them sliding around. The second part I really like seems to also be a cause of issues for some people (my pan didn't warp). Without the reinforcing raised section in the bottom of the pan, it is likely much more suceptable to warping. MY PAN DID NOT WARP. But I have read other reviews and some people have experienced warping, and I think with good reason. It stands to reason that the pattern in the pan bottom of the OEM pan would help prevent the pan from warping. Since this one is flat, it could happen much easier. My pan didn't warp. it works much better than the original. I WISH it had come with a rack that fit it but it doesn't loose points for that because it didn't claim it had a rack. I also wish that it was made of slightly thicker metal, but it is at least of similar quality to the original pan. This is a solid buy, do yourself a favor and buy it. I recommend 100%

As a baking tray, this meets all my requirements. It fits my oven perfectly. The size is sized just right for the oven that it is supposed to go with. Here are some positives in my opinion: 1) It is truly a healthy form of non-stick. There is no chemical coating that might be harmful to your health. No need to use parchment paper to line it as the porcelain lining is safe to use with food. 2) The steel material of the body of the tray is much more solid and flexes far less than the aluminum ones that this replaced. Yes, aluminum is lighted but it is not as safe as steel because if and when it leaches onto food, aluminum can pose health risks. Overall, this is a baking tray I expect to last quite a long while. I'm happy with the initial quality and would update this review if any quality issues arise.

I utilize this item as an everyday baking tray and just roasted a lamb on it. Its very large but a bit shallow. However it is deeper than say other baking pans so I cant complain. Its thin but feels very light and sturdy. It seems like its heat dissipated quickly once removed from the oven due to its thinness but that was a good thing for me as it was safer to take out of the oven and let cool on the stovetop.

I had it in the oven at 450 for 45 minutes and it developed a significant warp. The metal is very thin, so I think that was probably the issue. It is very easy to clean, and has a nonstick coating on it. My only complaint is that it is too thin.

This is a heavy-duty baking sheet that will fit narrow ovens and allow you to bake right on the sheet. It was smaller than my oven, but it is very large. The pan is extremely well-made, with a non-stick coating like baked enamel. It is deep, so oil and juices do not run off the pan, making it ideal for sheet meals. It is somewhat non-stick. I made pear puff pastry tarts with caramelized honey that hardened into a stick, hard mess. I soaked it, gave it a quick scrub by hand and then put it in the dishwasher. It came perfectly clean. It just fit in the tallest spot of my dishwasher, and that's always a win for me. I ordered it knowing it wouldn't fit the width of my oven and intend to use it as a large, deep baking sheet. I am very pleased with it and will use it several times a week.

This is a really good pan so far. It's thick enough but not too heavy. It doesn't fit my ovens slots on the side that hold the wire racks, but I can sit it on the racks. I have a glass top electric now, but i think it might have fit in the bottom broiler drawer on my old gas stove. It makes a good cookie sheet and is easy to wash. I haven't used it to broil yet, I don't see why it wouldn't work just as good though. It has edges to hold it when moving and one side has a slight slope to make sliding things off easier I think. It looks like it will be good at holding juices or grease and it's got a good size area for whatever is being cooked. So far I'm happy with this pan, I will update if needed. But as of now I do highly recommend this and I hope this info has been helpful.
