I purchased empava because it is made in USA and was a lot less expensive than other brands. The install was a piece of cake since I was replacing an old wall oven. My only complaint is the user manual is awful but if you email them they send details on each function.

Always thought we wanted a Viking style range - till we saw the Empava. Its a perfect fit in small apts. Our kitchen looks & feels twice as large since replacing our range. And we replaced the gas stove range top with an induction top which freed up extra counter top space. The Empava interior oven space is same size as our original range oven. Really like the simple design. The internal fan, light and glass front all add to ease of cooking. We strongly recommend it!

After looking at the positive and negative reviews on Amazon we decided to give this oven a try. Bad Decision. After paying to have it installed we were eager to start cooking. The product came with NO instruction manual at all. I had to find them on the internet and it was very difficult to find them. When I finally they were extremely poorly written and unclear. Once we figured out how to set the temperature after preheating, it would not get above 350 degrees and the oven would start to cool down. We tried many times and wasted hours. Same result. I made the mistake of trying to install the Rotisserie skewer and received a huge shock! This is a poorly made, malfunctioning product that should be removed from the market immediately. Do not be fooled by the positive reviews, Do Not Buy this product.

Excellent oven overall. The only issue that I have ( or that matters to me ) is that this unit uses 220v and our house don't have 220v. We ended up hiring an electrician to pull another line to our kitchen but it did cost us another $200, the rest of the part was perfect.

The copper coating on my old rack has been peeling for a while, and the actual rack was very flimsy. I looked at several brands before choosing this rack, the rack looks well made and very sturdy, fits my oven very well, so amazing about it, love it very much!

Cosmetically, this budget oven looks great. The cons come with the operation...buttons seem a little unresponsive, the fans for convection and preheat functions are loud and tend to rattle, the supplied power cord is too thin of a gauge, and even when the oven is turned off the loud fans will continue to run (presumably to cool it?). Other things to point out are that the bake function doesn't exceed 350F (must use convection or other functions to go warmer), the clock only works in 24hr mode (military time), 9 degrees F is the adjustment increment, and it comes with one rack and one pan (instead of two racks). It's only been installed for a few days, so I'll update accordingly if things get better or worse.

Quite satisfied so far, but only turned it on for a test. Unfortunately the first unit received was freight damaged, that Amazon immediately reordered and arrived quickly. Only install problem was the gas inlet is high in the cabnet and had to find a longer connector over the old unit that connected at the bottom.
