Can't figure out all the buttons. The Instructions are vague. But the product looks good. oh, n it has rotisserie prongs but I can't seem to find out for what. Nothing on the instructions either.

I bought a new home where the previous owner had just installed this oven. It had never been used. I tried everything to get the oven to preheat to the right temp and hold it during bake time but it wouldn't. After calling the company several times and being told I wasn't turning it on properly, I was able to get a different person who believed that it was an issue with the thermostat but their limited warranty only covers parts, not labor! She offered to send me the part and video instructions. Part came in an envelope. It is about the size of a dime. I watched the instructions and you have to remove the oven from the wall and literally take the whole oven apart to get to the piece that needs to be replaced. I called every appliance repair shop within 100 miles and no one will works on this oven. Don't waste your money!! ... show more
