I searxhed for days and looked at a ton of comforters before buying this one. It comes very flat, but once it fluffs up, its very fluffy. Its a little heavy for my taste, but I can deal with that. The other thing thats kinda annoying is that it only has the 4 corner tabs for a cover to attach to. The covers that I bought have at least 8 spots to tie insert to. I needed a new down comforter and after looking at several I picked this one. So happy I did. I love the 100% cotton, its cool against my skin. I sleep in a cold room around 65°. I snuggle up and don't get hot with it. It arrives vacuum packed so very thin When opening. Shake and beat it to get nice and fluffy. It has quality stitching. The feathers are down and the high quality type without the pokey ends. Down is the best for staying warm without feeling smothered. This is comparable to the down comforter that I used while traveling. The hotel linens were amazing. This comforter becomes so fluffy. The individual baffles create soft and separate pillows with even filling from corner to corner. It’s so fluffy that the duvet cover is so full and light. Sleeping with this duvet is definitely for year round. It offer warmth in the winter, but in the warmer months is light and breathable so that I can’t still cuddle up with a luxurious comforter.
