The first sink was delivered broken but Elkay and Amazon jumped on a replacement which I received in a couple of days. Excellent customer support. The sink has a beautiful finish. It fits in my cabin motif very nicely. The only issue I had with the installation was trying to remove the factory pre-scored knockout for the faucet. It did not want to come out and required a little coaxing with a hammer. A little scary but in the end, it worked out fine. Sink is beautiful but had issue with punching out hole. Sink cracked and I received replacement timely but it was completely destroyed in shipping. Sent replacement back kept original with crack which I glued. Hopefully it will hold. Not happy with this item

Arrived damaged twice. The first order was badly chipped/flaking on the underside in the corner and resulted in very thinned out spot in the sink. Seemed to be a manufacturing error, sent it back. The second one arrived cracked visible from top to underside. I have a very hard time believing this sink is durable as advertised. Very expensive for such cheap material. ... show more
