On the second use, It said it needed to update the firmware. After 25 minutes, it stopped, didn't complete the download or update. Screen went dark and is non responsive. I can connect with the app, but That's it, it won't do anything. Black screen of death with grey command prompts in the app. I just bought a bunch of their stuff and at this rate, I'm going to have to review all of them poorly. Spend thousands and get crap that dies on the first or second use from an UPDATE they prompted me to do.

This little pump is a must have works really well and the built in Bluetooth is very nice to see a graph as your pulling it down on your phone when your brasing the next set of lines.

The vacuum pump will shut down or turn off at random, has done it since day one. This is supposed to be a 9CFM pump and always runs at 7cfm will never go higher. I paid the extra money for the extra cfm and still stuck with only 7. Do not buy unless your willing to babysit the pump the entire time it’s running

Works grate easy to set up worth it

I bought it and used it three times. The micron graph on the screen is not displayed, and the pump stops automatically sometimes. I am really disappointed with this product. It is not as good as the reviews.
