I have never seen anything like the way this was packaged. They could not have made it smaller. We just carefully worked our way through the rubber bands and straps and eventually had it loose enough to cut it without cutting the cushion. Then I put it in the dryer on fluffwith a damp towel for 15 minutes. Took out out and it is still slightly wrinkly, but I like the way it looks. Very comfortable to sit on. I like the color a lot. CHEAP! These chairpads are supposed to be 3 inches thick. Not even close. The instructions say to put in dryer on low heat for 10 minutes and they will come to full thickness because they are vacuumed packed. Not even close. Not satisfied with these at all. Display says extra large, it's not. I measured my chair before ordering but not quite big enough so it's smaller than it says. It's also not as fluffy as it shows. Not enough filler in cushion.
