I have never seen anything like the way this was packaged. They could not have made it smaller. We just carefully worked our way through the rubber bands and straps and eventually had it loose enough to cut it without cutting the cushion. Then I put it in the dryer on fluffwith a damp towel for 15 minutes. Took out out and it is still slightly wrinkly, but I like the way it looks. Very comfortable to sit on. I like the color a lot. This was the only cushion set I could find to fit my old rocker. I am very happy and pleased. Looks well made. Looks like it will last a long time. Seems like the manufacturer wadded it into a ball, crammed it into a plastic bad and shrink-wrapped it making all sorts of permanent wrinkles and creases in it that are impossible to remove! Dragged out my old steamer; didn't work. Washed it in warm water; didn't work. Not nearly enough stuffing in it. If it wasn't so cheap and I hadn't washed it (according to tag instructions), I would return it. Pretty color, though. ... show more

Display says extra large, it's not. I measured my chair before ordering but not quite big enough so it's smaller than it says. It's also not as fluffy as it shows. Not enough filler in cushion.
