I have never seen anything like the way this was packaged. They could not have made it smaller. We just carefully worked our way through the rubber bands and straps and eventually had it loose enough to cut it without cutting the cushion. Then I put it in the dryer on fluffwith a damp towel for 15 minutes. Took out out and it is still slightly wrinkly, but I like the way it looks. Very comfortable to sit on. I like the color a lot. This was the only cushion set I could find to fit my old rocker. I am very happy and pleased. Looks well made. Looks like it will last a long time. We ordered these in December for two chairs. The cushions are very good quality, were packed nicely and look great. So we ordered two more. They tie to the chair, but the material for this cushion is very sturdy and so is the tie.

As other reviewers have said, the chair pads were so tightly vacuum packed that the wrinkles were atrocious. Additionally, the padding was wadded from the tight packaging. I put the cusions in the clothes dryer using a fluff setting for 30 minutes, but it wasn't any help for the padding or the wrinkles. It's a shame that the packaging ruins the product. Display says extra large, it's not. I measured my chair before ordering but not quite big enough so it's smaller than it says. It's also not as fluffy as it shows. Not enough filler in cushion. Dispointed but I will keep because it matches the room and this bedroom is never used. If chair was used regularly, I would return because it's not comfortable because of thiness. ... show more
