Pretty look, solid materials, and a reliable set of motors on a children's toy. The packaging was top notch. Every piece arrived in it's own packaging within the outer carton, lots of bubbles to protect everything from damage during shipping. Everything unwrapped easily, there was no films or covers that needed to be peeled off and thus no glue! The instructions were fairly clear, step-by-step with pictures. Almost every piece just snapped together and was then bolted. The only piece that was mildly difficult was the back lamp bar and the netting, where it didn't want to slide perfectly into it's mount without a bit of wiggling. Otherwise, every piece just went on without any issue or effort. Operation-wise, this is a great little car! My children have had a good time with it, taking it all over our property and exploring their limits. It went over uneven, natural terrain with as much ease as it did on paved terrain. With 120 lbs in the unit, going up a mild hill, there was no hesistation or stress on the motors, and it held traction without any spinning. Rather impressive! The battery charged quickly, about two hours before it was at peak operation and a total charge time of around 5 1/2 hours before it was running at full capacity. It held an optimal charge for about four hours of operation, alternating between one child and both riding (so between 50 and 120 lbs) on both paved and natural terrain. Cleaning it up after it gets dirty was easy. A quick rub down with a wet towel and it was good. I could have likely hosed it down without issue, as the electrial assembly is secured within the hood and there isn't any exposed terminals. The controller works just fine, at a distance of around 40-60 ft before it got a bit delayed. My kids love it, so I'm happy with my purchase. This isn't my first time purchasing a product from Elemara, so I know if I have any issues, the customer service is fantastic to work with. Would recommend highly! ... show more

Assembly was great. Overall pleased. Time will tell. My real issue is that it needs to be stored indoors. The electrical switching is all exposed on the dash. This isn’t your childhood power wheel that sat out in the weather year round. The power button, charging port, and fwd reverse switch are all exposed to elements with no plugs seals or caps to protect. Questionable foresight, but then again maybe designers don’t care what happens after sold🤷♂️ ... show more

Revised 7.24.23. This UTV vehicle has a sturdy metal frame, and comfortably sits both my 2 and 6-year-old children so they can ride together. I have owned several kids vehicles and the battery life on this vehicle is among the best. Importantly, the vehicle display panel indicates how much battery life is left. This is very convenient; we do not want the vehicle to run out of power any distance from our home. As I said, the vehicle has a sturdy metal frame, so it is heavy. The remote control does come in handy to park the car when the kids are not around. I did have some earlier issues with the vehicle, but the company responded promptly with replacement parts. At the price point of ~$350, this is the best car on the market. Others we have bought in the past are solely made of cheap plastic and broke within one year. We are happy with the purchase, especially since the company stood behind their product when we had an issue. They made it right. ... show more

This did stop working after a couple of weeks, but luckily my husband is an electrical engineer and was able to fix it. It’s some wire that gets loose so he had to replace it. Not everyone can do that, that’s why I chose to buy even with the reviews about it not working after a few weeks. So if you’re not handy, don’t get it. ... show more

<Updated Review> ELEMARA customer service went out of their way to make sure this customer was satisfied. Concerning the issue of a short motor cable, ELEMARA took the initiative to contact me and offer a replacement item. Replacement arrived today and they seem to have corrected the initial probelm. Compare the first and fourth (I believe) images. Kudo's to you ELEMARA, now your product gets two more stars. One for customer service and one for improving the product. Two other items I would like to mention about this kids-car. BUILD: it seems really well built with an all metal frame (see last pic). RIDE: The initial reason for this purchase was to get a car that could drive in our sloped yard with kids in it. In slow speed it does not, but in high speed it does so very well! Considering the price point I would not expect the same climbing torque in slow vs fast modes. I would buy this again. <Original Review> Purchased for my grand-kids. We had a hand me down car with a 6v one wheel drive system. It would not go very well in the yard. So this 12v 4wd with remote looked to be 'the ticket'. I hope to get back and update this review after the kids come over to give it a spin. Assembly: The car was well packaged. Instuctions has a few glaring translation issues but nothing that was not beyond figuring out. The assembly had two issues. Seat belts and short motor cable. Seat Belts: At first I could not figure out how to route the seatbelts, so I just removed them. Afterward I looked closer and figured them out, so I reinstalled them. An installed picture of the seatbels would have been helpful. Basically, there is no lap belt but a center crotch strap and two shoulder straps. Picture a'Y'. Time will tell if these belts are more help than hinderance to safety. Motor Cable: This is a serious defect. The right motor cable does not reach it's mate from the controller. They are not long enough. However, I was able to remidy this by drilling another location for the motor cable to pass through so that the cables would reach. See pictures. Remote: This is a great feature and it seems to work well. When using the remote, the driver does not have control of the motors. So in my case, our little ones have not yet figured out the concept of steering while moving. Thus when they get stuck or are headed in the wrond direction it (should) be easy to make corrections for a distance without having to chase down the car. Driving: I've only driven the car without kids but with the remote. Hope to post an updated review later. ... show more
