exceeded my expectations, earning a solid five-star rating from me. Let me share my experience with you. First off, the chair is impressively lightweight. Last year, I bought a different electric wheelchair at a local store, but it was cumbersome, weighing over 100 pounds, which made every outing a hassle due to its bulk. The CONYE model, however, is marketed at around 65 pounds, and it matches up – it's so much easier to handle. I can quickly fold it and toss it in the back of my car. That said, I do have limited strength, so a lighter model would be a dream come true, and I'd definitely purchase another! In terms of performance, I've tried several chairs over the years, and most exaggerate their battery life and power. But the CONYE was a delightful exception. Fully charged, it carried me to the local park for an afternoon of relaxation without a hitch, safely getting me home without any issues. The chair stops smoothly with just a release of the control button, which really reassured me about its safety. The battery life seems to last over 20 miles, but I haven’t tested its hill-climbing capabilities yet – more on that after some further testing. Another standout feature is the stability of the armrests. I’ve seen chairs where unstable armrests led to accidents, so this was a critical aspect for me. The armrests on the CONYE chair are incredibly stable; I even used them to push myself up without any issue. I also mimicked the maneuvers shown in the promotional videos, frequently navigating through narrow doorways. The chair handled it with agility, able to make tight turns and move freely in confined spaces, which speaks volumes about its design. However, there is a downside: despite being advertised as an all-terrain wheelchair, it struggles on muddy surfaces. Thus, I wouldn't recommend it for off-road use or overly complicated terrains. It's best suited for the basic terrains described on the product page. In conclusion, I absolutely love this wheelchair and give it five stars without hesit.

Wheelchair performs well. I haven't had a chance yet to determine how long battery actually lasts. Even through wheelchair state 360 pounds, if your waist size is more than 50 inches it might be uncomfortable if you use chair full time. My waist size is 54 inches, and it is a tight fit but i only plan on using it on cruises or when traveling by airplane. This will be the case for any wheelchair with 18 inch seat. You can use extensions to increase the width, but the company doesn't recommend their use. Wheelchair remote is very easy to use and turns on a dime. This is my first powered wheelchair and was easy to learn how to use. Only downfall is that it doesn't fit a large person comfortably. If cost is an issue, and chair will only be used for short time frame it might work for you if you don't mind some discomfort due to your size. Chair meets my needs based on cost. Chair appears to be well made and from what I can tell, I can't see any difference between how this chair is made vs models that cost 2x as much. It folds up and down easily. It is heavy and bulky through, but most of these chairs probably are. 2 people will make it easier to put into a vehicle. I haven't tried speeds past gear 2, but gear 1 and 2 are plenty fast. Will update this review once I have been able to use it outdoors to see how it performs.

This was a hard item to rate between 4 or 5 stars. I went with 5 because I had to contact their customer service twice and their customer service is very good. Now as for the chair itself, it is excellent. It comes completely assembled except for the controller, that you just stick into the end of the armrest and tighten the set screw. A 1-2 minute job. The first thing to do is charge it for a few hours. The charger port could be alittle better, because it is on the bottom of the controller and it hard to see tor get the plug in correctly. But it better than having it hooked into the battery itself. My first test drive was quite surprising, because it handles alot better then expected. It very easy to drive. Most things about the chair is pretty easy to figure out, but I thought their was no owner's manual with it. On contacting customer service through email, because they do not give you a phone number, they did get back to me the next day, I was told the manual is in the pouch on the back of the seat. I didn't even notice the the pouch was there, but the manual was in it. Well the owners manual is not that great as they leave alot of things out. But now after using the chair for a couple of weeks, I figured everything out and it is a excellent product. It is well built, and is built heavy enough for a very large person, and it still light enough to easy lift and put into a car.

Being able to travel when you can't stand for long can be challenging. A rollator helps greatly, but you're still dependent on your own ability. This powered wheelchair allows me to sit comfortably and get around very easily. It maneuvers extremely well and can be used even in tight spaces. It glides smoothly on hard surfaces and has no problem getting around in the yard. It's very sturdy and well made. There is an option for a backup horn, or you can turn that feature off. When not using the power feature, you can very easily flip the levers on the rear wheels to unlock them, using it as a regular wheelchair, with someone pushing you. The joystick makes it very easy to use in any direction, and allows you to choose from multiple speed options. It also has a generously sized pocket on the back of the seat for storage. It is pretty heavy, so I'm not able to load and unload this in a vehicle on my own, but with assistance, it does fit in the trunk of the car once folded. Folding it closed is as simple as pressing the lever behind the seat. Once opened, it is securely locked in place. I am very happy with this chair and it will see plenty of use!

Fairly light weight but still very sturdy. Fits through small door openings and into the van no problem. Very fast and fun!lol but still feels safe. Battery lasts all day out shopping and the comfort is on point. Highly recommend!
