My mom has been using this chair for about three months now, and overall it's great! I took a risk buying it with so few reviews, but I have no real complaints and would buy it again. It's very well-built, and the seat is thickly padded and comfortable. She doesn't use it every day, but the battery life is great: we've only charged it twice since we've had it. I'm only 5'2, so it's definitely awkward to lift in and out of my truck by myself, but I can manage it on my own when I need to. It folds down easily, but I do wish there was a locking mechanism to keep it folded as you have to hold it just right to keep it from unfolding if you're picking it up/setting it down. The joystick is a little squirrelly, so I will sometimes walk beside her and operate it, especially if we're around a lot of people. It's a little heavy if you need to put it into manual mode and push, but it rolls very freely and maneuvers well. When in power mode it has plenty of oomph, and with the big tires it does great on uneven surfaces, dirt, grass, etc. It does have a little trouble in deep, loose gravel, but if you turn up the speed it gets along fine. We wanted to be able to take her to parks and outdoor events, and this chair has absolutely enabled us to do that again! We added a cupholder and clamp the Sport-Brella on the back to give her some shade, and she's set!

My husband loves his new electric wheel and so do I! I can’t believe we waited 12 years to purchase one. It’s been a game changer for us when we’re out. He no like get has to rely on me to push him. This product was easy to assembly and is very user friendly. It folds up easilily and holds a charge well! The only challenge is that’s it’s a little on the heavy side but I can manage it.

It is larger than I thought after folding it still too heavy for me to lift and put in car. But easy to get used to and even charge just plug it in and doesn’t take long to charge it. It has improved the quality of my husbands life by being able to get out and about even if just at home and outside.

I used this for a recent cruise, and it was FANTASTIC!!! We had to fly, and I purchased a cover for this too. The airlines appreciated the cover, and it was easy to fold. I just needed to take the battery with me onto the plane. I used it in the Caribbean for a week on a cruise, and it was PERFECT!! I feel like I have my mobility back!! Thank you for a great product!!
