I purchased this to help improve sexual function which has declined slightly in my fifties. The premise behind using the pump is to increase regular blood flow to the penis to nourish the cells. Normally, nighttime erections would do this to keep the penis healthy. As a man ages, he has less of these erections and the cells die off due to lack of consistent blood supply. This is where the pump comes in. When first starting, it's best to build up slowly with the suction. Do not jump right to the high setting as this could cause damage. For treatment of ED they recommend doing multiple five minute sessions to mimic the body's natural erection process. I did this initially, but found it sometimes tedious to keep letting the penis go flaccid and then restarting the erection process. Instead, I switched to two 15 minute sessions with a 1-2 minute rest in between. It's recommended to not exceed 30 minutes total and this is the guideline I follow. In the beginning, I didn't train every day and allowed a day of rest in between so I didn't overdue things. Think of the gym...you don't go all out the first week or two when you start lifting weights, but as your body adjusts, you increase the intensity. Currently, I train 5-6 days a week and take the weekends off or at least one day off. I start at the lowest suction setting and then gradually increase suction as blood fills the penis. In my experience I only need to go to the third bar on the meter. Anything higher and it begins to put too much pressure on the penis and sometimes causes tiny blood spots to form on the skin surface due to rupturing blood vessels. I started with the medium size rubber sleeve, but switched to the large sleeve so it was easier to slide the pump on and off. A word of caution...if you use a smaller sleeve, forcefully pulling the pump off can result in edema of the penis due to constriction. For this reason I switched to the larger sleeve after experiencing this myself and almost having a panic attack. DO NOT expect the pump to do miracles and make your penis huge! If you want additional length, I recommend researching stretching exercises which helped me add one inch in length. As far as girth, I have noticed a small increase after pumping consistently for a couple months and it appears to be permanent...at least as long as I continue pumping. Even my wife said she noticed a significant change in size. I think what the pump does best is expand the penis outward as it fills with blood and thereby stretches the girth. I don't use lubricant to form a seal as they recommend, but I do trim the hairs to form a good seal. One final note, be careful when positioning the pump initially and check that the penis is expanding in a straight position. If the penis is pulled at an angle, it tends to put a slight kink in the shaft as it fills with blood. When this happens, I release the pressure and adjust the penis position. The battery on this things lasts forever between charges and the motor is also pretty quiet in my opinion. I definitely recommend this product.

This pump has some cool features such as manual and automatic pressure controls and a timer BUT the suction, even at the max, is extremely weak. I’d say that this might be good for a total novice to pumping but if you’ve been pumping for any period of time, this will not give you enough power to really elongate your 🍆 past its usual max length. Luckily, this pump is cheap so it’s no loss but it is annoying because now I have to order another pump with holes that it’ll have enough power to not only pump me to my max but also provide additional power as I advance.

I've used various penal pumps over the years. Most usually stop working after less than a year when used regularly. Figured I'd give this one a try. I'll start with the negative's first. If you want to lay on the unit while being used eventually the part that holds the motor / pump with likely slip off the clear tube. You can press it back on but would of been nice if the head unit screwed on to the tube like I've seen on some others. Well guys that's the only negative I can think of. Unlike many other pumps I've bought over the years the rubber donuts that came with this unit are holding up real well. With others I've bought the donuts usually tear and then lose the ability to hold suction. The built in battery also seems to be holding up real well and when fully charged will last for hours. The best feature however is the many settings for the degree of suction you want. Which ever setting you choose the unit will automatically stop when the degree of pressure is reached. Even better if there is a slight leak at the donut ( which happens no matter what you do ) the unit will automatically maintain the pressure it was set for. No other pump I've used ever had that feature and it is fantastic. On other pumps there is no sensor for cut-off, they just keep pumping until you decide to turn it off. "This can be dangerous!. On one unit I owned I developed a very large blood blister on the tip of the penis. Yes, it did heal but it took weeks and it hurt like hell while it was healing. Not had that problem with this pump since you can set the amount of pressure. I rarely take it over level 3. Now as someone else mentioned there is always the danger that if set too high the testicles might get beyond the rubber donut. This sometimes happens with me but usually it's only with one testicle. Most of time I don't know it's even happening. For me it's not really painful unless you are using a donut with a smaller opening.. Now when this happens you get a better seal at the base and this actually increases the size / length / width of the penis. As far as I can tell it doesn't hurt the testicle but to remove you deflate the tube with the deflate button, peal the donut off the tube, then being very careful, use your fingers to stretch the opening of the donut and then carefully more it over the testicle toward the head of the penis. It helps if you have some lube on hand if the donut is new. Lube makes the whole thing better. Now with all this said it was not a real expensive buy so I've give it another half star.

Editing this review to describe routine and a warning. I’m using this multiple times per week. I suggest building to this to avoid injury. I’ve experienced edema only once. Note you may experience a “tanning” of your private parts as you use this which doesn’t bother me at all. Routine: lube slightly and enter as erect as possible. 2.5 minutes at level 2. Press valves button to temporarily relieve pressure, increase to level 3. 2.5 minutes, relieve pressure, increase to level 4. Leave at this level, pressing the valves button every 2.5 minutes, for a total time of 20 minutes. Note I’ve been at this a couple of months and have noted no permanent effects other than the tanning. When using this I STRONGLY recommend holding the device by forming a “knife edge” with the bottom of your hand to separate the device from your testicles. Press somewhat firmly with the knife edge into your groin. This will serve as a barrier to prevent your testicle(s) from being sucked into the device. This happened to me twice and is not fun. Holding the device like this has prevented further occurrences of that. I’m using this to improve consistent erection quality, if it helps with length, well that’s a bonus. My routine will be citruline and beet powder supplements in the morning followed by a 10-20 minute “workout” using this pump, every weekday morning. I will enter it as erect as possible, start at level 2, at 2.5 minutes release the pressure and immediately go back to a vacuum state. 2 sets at level 2 then 2 sets at level 3 (level 3 stretches me 0.5” beyond my normal size and is borderline uncomfortable without injuring myself). Gradually I’ll increase time and vacuum pressure (it has 7 levels!). I don’t know if this routine will work, but if it doesn’t it won’t be the pump’s fault, because it’s the perfect tool. Very effective, seems well built.

I have two pumps and this one is my favorite. The ad does not say anything about the shower but you can NOT use this in the shower as it is not able to get wet. My second pump is for the shower since this one isn't for that (I had to rice it the first night I had it). The thing I love about this pump is it isn't super strong on the lower settings. If you're new to pumping this will be a great unit but start slow on #1 or #2 for a while. I generally work my way up to #5 now after couple weeks. Don't rush it as you'll get excited thinking you can rush the results but you'll hurt yourself!! Anyway this is a nice quiet easy to use automatic pump. My doctor recommended me trying one as with age I've got softer but the pump seems to be getting the blood flowing again. As mentioned just don't rush it as you'll see girth pretty quick so you'll want to jack up the vacuum, don't do it as it is a long term work in progress. Think like lifting weights, can't do it all in a week, building takes some time. After a couple weeks I can really see and feel a difference.
