First, there are not really two of them, the photo is misleading. Next it worked until it just quit after maybe 5-7 times. In fairness I was not using it as a toy but rather to maintain blood flow as my body was recovering from radical prostate surgery. Also note I have tried three brands and as I was attempting to rathe a second one, it becomes clear that Amazon inserted my single review onto all three brands.

I've used various penal pumps over the years. Most usually stop working after less than a year when used regularly. Figured I'd give this one a try. I'll start with the negative's first. If you want to lay on the unit while being used eventually the part that holds the motor / pump with likely slip off the clear tube. You can press it back on but would of been nice if the head unit screwed on to the tube like I've seen on some others. Well guys that's the only negative I can think of. Unlike many other pumps I've bought over the years the rubber donuts that came with this unit are holding up real well. With others I've bought the donuts usually tear and then lose the ability to hold suction. The built in battery also seems to be holding up real well and when fully charged will last for hours. The best feature however is the many settings for the degree of suction you want. Which ever setting you choose the unit will automatically stop when the degree of pressure is reached. Even better if there is a slight leak at the donut ( which happens no matter what you do ) the unit will automatically maintain the pressure it was set for. No other pump I've used ever had that feature and it is fantastic. On other pumps there is no sensor for cut-off, they just keep pumping until you decide to turn it off. "This can be dangerous!. On one unit I owned I developed a very large blood blister on the tip of the penis. Yes, it did heal but it took weeks and it hurt like hell while it was healing. Not had that problem with this pump since you can set the amount of pressure. I rarely take it over level 3. Now as someone else mentioned there is always the danger that if set too high the testicles might get beyond the rubber donut. This sometimes happens with me but usually it's only with one testicle. Most of time I don't know it's even happening. For me it's not really painful unless you are using a donut with a smaller opening.. Now when this happens you get a better seal at the base and this actually increases the size / length / width of the penis. As far as I can tell it doesn't hurt the testicle but to remove you deflate the tube with the deflate button, peal the donut off the tube, then being very careful, use your fingers to stretch the opening of the donut and then carefully more it over the testicle toward the head of the penis. It helps if you have some lube on hand if the donut is new. Lube makes the whole thing better. Now with all this said it was not a real expensive buy so I've give it another half star.

Could work good but make sure you are careful because it’s super strong. I got one of my balls in there and couldn’t turn it off fast enough and boy I saw stars and not good ones. It felt like this thing was sucking out my soul through my left testicle. They should use this technique to integrate prisoners because it’s worse than waterboarding and they’d be singing in no time.
