    • Sturdy, solid, great value for the money
So far so good, This was an amazing value for the money. The desk is very sturdy, relatively easy to assemble, has a good range of height and is big enough to fit my dual monitors. It goes up and down smoothly, the top of the desk is very heavy, as are the legs. It doesn't shake when I use it and feels solidly built (other than the keyboard tray which is junk, I may buy something different). In terms of assembly, the instructions only have pictures, my husband and I did misunderstand a step that looks like you could do it either way but really should be two separate steps in terms of assembling the legs so you do it in the proper order. Also had some trouble lining up the bar that connects to the motor. The biggest pain was assembling the keyboard tray which is flimsy. It also doesn't make sense to have a keyboard tray but no mouse tray because you want them to be on the same height. I also found it to be somewhat sketchy that I got an email later from the seller (or alleging to be) telling me they needed me to message them my address so they could mail me the wheels. I'm living without the wheels because I feel uncomfortable getting the random email when clearly they should have my mailing address if they are legitimately the seller who sent the desk. Overall I am very happy with this purchase as it seems like a great value and better quality than I expected for the money. Just hoping the motor lasts. ... show more

    • Good, but missing parts and small keyboard tray
I love this desk. The directions could be a bit clearer, especially with installing the power rod. I had to contact customer service because only one side was going up. They were very helpful and responsive. The videos sent were very helpful. I ended up having to take the desk apart to fix that. So my recommendation is to plug in the desk and try moving up and down before installing the two or top. For the company, consider creating QR code’s that people can scan to watch the videos that were sent by customer service. Update: I received a message a couple weeks ago that they forgot to send the wheels for the legs. They sent them, but I'm not going to take everything off and install wheels at this point. I would have just preferred a credit. Also, the keyboard tray is kind of small. There's not room for a keyboard and a mouse pad. I think a basic keyboard probably fits best. I have a logitech K350, and the tray doesn't come out far enough for me to see all the keys since the keyboard has a palm rest. My fingers hit the bottom of the desk. One of the reasons I wanted this particular desk is that it had a keyboard tray. I'm considering removing this one and buying a separate one, because it's not really functional at this point. ... show more

It heavyweight box arrived in the front door. I highly recommend buyer open the box easy with knife took it piece to piece moving few time. it heavy duty instructions very stable took 30 min me and my little 6yrs daughter do it together I am not recommend use power tools(u had few year play with it) it make of good quality material I do not think it need over tie if u had torque ranch set 25 lb it had electrical motor and both side axle make sure it be level. so far we love it so much it will reach the high she need every time motor sound was solid and quite it is not move at all( bolt on the floor) price is good better than ikea I make of good quality of wood some of ikea products will crack on the side due to heat and water cup leaking water damage it is perfect size for one person we love it so much if there is problem I will keep updating ... show more

    • Great Desk, Issues During Building
LOVE the desk... assembly was easy and took about 30-45 minutes..... HOWEVER, it seems that the motor was on the wrong leg (which is why there are only 4 stars overall - it arrived with motor attached). So when it was all built and excitement was at it's peak, I was quickly let down because one leg was lifting while the other would lower. Took the desk back apart, flipped it upside down and went back to work and finally figured to move the motor. Then the legs were uneven so I had to do switch the motor AGAIN to just one leg to set it back to the lowest setting. If the motor started on the correct leg then it would have been a quick and stress-free build. It ended up being a 4-hour job. Overall, it IS a great desk! Setting the preset heights is very simple and quick, and the manual they give really helps with any error messages you may receive (I had one and I knew immediately what to do). The motor/lift is very quiet as well. I chose not to install the keyboard tray, and I love that they supplied sticky zip ties to handle the hanging cords. They also included more than enough extra hardware and two different sized allen wrenches to get through the build. ... show more

    • Very hard to assemble
This desk advertised that it should take 30 minutes to assemble. My experience was more like 5+ hours. Finally after several emails back and forth over a period of days, I was instructed to do without the two screws that would not align with the screw holes regardless of what I tried. Customer service assured me this would not impact my warranty and they did extend my warranty an extra year for my troubles. But all in all, it was very difficult to maneuver in the various ways necessary to put together and was a giant headache. Now that I am using the desk, it has worked fine and I am happy with it. I just hope it lasts with two screws having to be left out. ... show more

    • Essential Item for WFH
This desk was recommended by a friend. I need to be on the phone and computer all the time when I work from home and sitting to long make my back hurts. This adjustable desk is perfect for taking a break from sitting down and needs stand up to stretch but still need to be on the computer at the same time. I’m not a handy person so it did took my over an hr to assemble the desk all by myself. The desk is a little smaller than I expected, but still have enough space for fit a monitor and space to work. It’s very sturdy and the quality of the desktop is pretty good. Will definitely recommend to anyone that is working from home. ... show more
