I like how there’s different speeds I can adjust on the remote from low, medium, high. Though, the high speed isn’t as fast as I expected, it is really safe. I’ve been able to ride around the neighborhood and I recommend tightening the trucks on the skateboard because it does come in the box a bit loose.     • Satisfying product with unsatisfying problems

The product, overall, is good. I bought this for communication between school and my house. On average, I travel around 5 km per day. A full charge could barely allow 10 km's travel after 1 month's usage. These are some problems encountered. 1. The remote control would sometimes loss connection with the skateboard. That's to say, the skateboard shows no response to actions on the remote control. This problem happens from time to time. You can try to keep pushing the accelerator from 0 to full to awaken the skateboard. Otherwise, restart. 2. The connection problem became more severe these days (after 2 month's usage). When you start the skateboard with it in your hand, pushing the accelerator can let the wheel spin. However, when you put it on the ground and step on board, it no longer responds. I checked it and it's due to the shut down of the skateboard's power. Currently no solution to it. You can try to step on board with the skateboard going ahead slowly under power. 3. The power problem grows. At the time of writing this review, pressing the power of the skateboard won't turn on the skateboard. I feel it's now random. Give you around 5 minutes and keep pressing that button to try to turn on it. 4. Mechanical issues. There're 3 screws on the power wheel. The first screw was loose and lost in the first month. The second screw was broken in half not long after the first one. They didn't give me any spanner with the product. Read this its really going to help your decision making => Look it's not actually a bad product you can have fun with it but if you think this thing is going to be your daily commute you should get that dream out of your head. The 10 KM range rating is complete BS, it definitely does not go that far. It isn't that fast and it struggles on hills, Im not a big guy either im 115-120 lbs so im skinny asf and this thing struggled to take me up a slight incline. The control feels really cheap sometimes it just stops charging. When it arrived the grip tapes were poorly placed, like a half inch hanging off the board. The board actually feels pretty nice, its smooth but you feel every single tiny pebble on the road there is no flex. Here is my advice, if you're looking for a board to use for any practical purpose whatsoever, dont buy this its not going to work. Youre better off spending a little bit more on a better board (Meepo has some good ones below $600). If you buy this board youll likely within a day realize that it wont work for anything practical and youll go start looking for better more expensive boards, and end up spending even more money effectively negating the efficiency of buying a budget board. Unless youre willing to dedicate multiple days to getting a refund from this company go ahead and try but they are impossible to reach. For the love of god save yourself the pain. ... show more

    • Smaller than I thought but still okay
I feel like there are other options that have comparable features for a better price. I can’t remember why I chose this particular board but I rode it to an unreturnable state out of excitement of finally having an electric board. If I had more patience or if I were better at being an adult I’d have packed it up and waited for the longboard I subsequently ordered to arrive (this board is smaller than I thought). Top speeds feel okay but I won’t have a point of reference until the 28mph long board arrives. Controller feels okay but I was disappointed to realize I didn’t have a way to easily monitor my speed. I couldn’t tell you if I was getting close to the top speed. Stopping took a while to learn — it seemed to stop more abruptly than I initially expected. I like the handle that’s hollowed out for you and it is not too heavy. The materials seem to be holding well despite my also using the board as game for my dog to chase, nip at, and flip over. I’m sure I could’ve found something comparable for $30 cheaper or something with slightly better specs at the same price but I’m not really that upset that i used it past the point of being returnable.     • Poor product and poor customer service
I bought this for my son for Christmas. He used it for a month and it stopped working. It would not charge anymore. I contacted the seller since I bought the insurance only to get the run around. They keep sending emails with the same questions and say that we won’t suffer a loss. My last message from them a few weeks ago said they were troubleshooting the problem and would get back to me and never did. I guess I need to file a direct complaint with Amazon. I would not buy from this company if they are not going to stand by there products or warranty. Update: 9/12/22 The company did reach out after and tried to help fix the skateboard. In the end I was offered a full refund or a new skateboard by which my son chose a new skateboard. I am very happy with the results and happy with the company for standing by there product. ... show more

Bought for my daughters and they both like them. Charge lasts for a fairly descent time. Speed isn't super fast but does the job. Haven't used them on any hills yet so I can't say what the performance would be. Brake is set up really well, Stops you with out throwing you off

I’m not gonna say the stats are accurate but it does the job real well under specified circumstance. Hills drain the battery and the recharge is effective as long as distance isn’t maxed out. Prefect for short distance travels and a great board to start learning on paved flat paths.
