I bought this for my son’s 9th birthday. He loved it! It worked great for the first few charges and then the battery died as other users noted. Customer service was amazing. They immediately sent us a replacement and it has been working since. We are very happy with the product. It’s solid, decently
fast, but totally doable for a 9 year old! Update - second board stopped working after about 15 uses. Very frustrating. I would not buy the board again but am updating my review because the customer service was awesome. They asked no questions when I asked for a refund after the second failure. Responded quickly. I hope others have better luck!

It's a really good first board, not too fast or too slow but the perfect speed if you're trying to cruise around. Pretty comfortable feel as well, would recommend this board as first electric board.

Everything I needed and more! Perfect for getting around my college campus.

I live about a mile away from the bus station, and the bus service extension from the bus station to my apartment was cut during the pandemic. It's a thirty minute walk now (or a carpool situation), but this board gets me get there in under seven minutes! And, it's portable enough where I can bring i
t on a crowded bus and nobody will make a fuss. This means everything to me, since I'm able to bring it around with me when I get off the bus and go to classes, and it's not to heavy. Certainly it's not too long, either- It's kinda like carrying around a suitcase. Let's get one thing out of the way right away, the price. It's certainly a budget skateboard and that it to be taken into consideration when you buy it. The battery or distance won't blow you away nor should it. However, there are large stretches of my day where I'm going downhill or on even ground around campus on this board and I can't tell the difference between this $160 board and the $300+ electric longboard my friend lent me to learn on. Hills should be avoided for sure, but it certainly does okay on slight grades, and worse case scenario you pick it up like a suitcase and start again when it's flat. UPDATE: The customer support for this company is great. Ran into an issue with the board disconnecting from the remote, I reached out to customer support via their email on their website, they responded right away and identified the issue via a video I sent in to them. They showed me how to re-pair the remote and the issue is now completely resolved!

This skateboard is one of the best things i’ve bought in terms of how convenient it is to help me commute to and from class in college. It saves me 4x the time and it is very reliable. I’ve had it for around six months now and I use it pretty much every day. It is easy to carry because of its size an
d also has enough range to get me to and from classes (4 miles per day) at ease. It charges up fast as well in around 2 hours and it is definitely a very worthwhile tool that has helped me save time and also make commuting to class a more enjoyable experience. The customer service was also really friendly and easy to work with. They responded extremely quickly through email and was really cooperative and helpful to the problems I have encountered. Overall it was a smooth experience and a solution was achieved quickly.

This board rocks! My son never quits riding it. We actually have 2 of them. He just swaps them when the battery goes dead. There are 3 levels 3 being the fastest. He keeps it on 3 and he can ride it straight for about 2 1/2 hours. He just really loves it. He wants to try the carver long board next so
we will be purchasing a new one soon! Thanks Carver!!
