This is my first e-board, and I can say that it's a great first. Straight out of the box, it's perfect for commuting around. 12.5 mph top speed might be a bit slow for me, but it's perfect for a first board. The carve trucks are great for tight corners and responsive turns. The stock wheels are great, but I'd recommend third party wheels if you can get the dimensions of the hub wheel for a smoother ride. I'm still skeptical about the "waterproof" claim on the listing images, but after riding it in the rain and through shallow puddles with a haphazard trash bag wrapped around the box for extra "seal", I can report no damage to the hub wheel and electronics, though I would still recommend a custom silicone seal to be extra extra safe. The instructional pamphlet could use a bit more information, the description of pairing the remote to the board was a bit cryptic, but it's still fairly easy to do. After a single crash, the wrist strap popped off the remote, but it's nothing tape can't fix. Overall, this is an amazing board for the money, a blast to use, and I would highly recommend this to someone looking for a first e-board.

I bought this skateboard for my daughter to ride to and from school about 10 months ago. We have had zero issues with the board or controller and it has functioned just as advertised up until 2 weeks ago. When she was on her way home from school, she noticed a large crack in the bottom of the board, on the panel lid which houses the battery and electric components. I contacted the company and asked about purchasing a replacement panel lid as the warranty is only for 6 months. To my surprise, the company offered to ship me a full, new skateboard at no cost. This is not the typical response in these situations so I was fairly impressed but remained curious to see if they actually would follow through with their promise. However, I received the completely brand new skateboard today and everything on it works just as well as the original. I highly recommend if you're on the fence about choosing this product over other similar ones that you choose the WindSeeker. The performance of the board combined with their commitment to customer service set them far above the competition.

I bought this electric skateboard on Amazon. The first ride out I put two hours on the board and it was amazing. Although the skateboard is great for beginners it is also very fast and serious and exhilarating for anyone to use at 20 miles an hour speed. The handling and the care of the skateboard are very easy. The WindSeeker electric skateboard was the most fun I've ever had. The best part about the skateboard is the amazing break. You can go down a very steep Hill at two miles an hour consistently with no problem. I love the WindSeeker skateboard. I would buy another one , for sure!

I got two of these for my sons for Christmas. I charged them the night before Christmas so they were fully charged Christmas morning, before first use. My boys enjoyed riding, but we’re disappointed at the limited range on a full battery. One could only go about a mile and a half, and the other couldn’t even make it one full mile on a full charge. My son’s weigh 105 pounds and 135 pounds, both well under the weight limit for the board. They weren’t riding in crazy winds or uphill. So as far as I can tell, this is truly a battery issue. Website description says they should be able to go up to 5 miles. Returned both and bought a different brand. Other than the terrible battery life, these are fun, and they work well. But they aren’t a viable option if you can’t even ride a mile.

This board played a major role in my career. And I’m going to explain why based on my experiences. Reliability: With it’s 7.5 mile range, I can ride to work without spending a single dollar on gas. This saves more money on gas than a Toyota Prius. Durability: I don’t know what the company made the body frame of. But this board was built like a tank. Once when I was riding home from work, I hit a pebble and I fell off, and it rolled into the street as a pickup truck turned the corner. I though it was done for. But the inventors did their job well. This board was able to withstand the crushing force of a pickup truck! Only the motor wheel tire came off but I was able to pop it back on. And I was able to ride home as if nothing ever happened. Speed: This board saved my life! When I was slowly cruising around exploring. Two other guys with regular skateboards were following me amd I knew they were going to try and rob me. So I got on the road and applied maximum throttle. Thanks to a single punchy 450wt motor, I was able to make a quick and easy escape and lost them within a minute. Fun facts: •If you put your foot in front of the board and push the throttle it does a burnout. Use all of the battery till it dies, then charge it when you want to use it again. This maximizes the batteries lifetime. This company has won my respect. And this skate board has won my heart.

I got this skateboard for my son who is on the autism spectrum. He loves it! Unfortunately, after less than a day, some kids in the neighborhood thought it would be a good idea to take it from him (he gets bullied often by kids in the neighborhood), and when he got it back, the bottom of it that holds the battery in was busted out. I knew it was a long shot since this type of thing isn't covered under warranty, but I decided to reach out to customer service to see of there's anything they could do. To my surprise, they offered to send him a brand new board! As a dad, that places this company at the top of the list when it comes to customer service. They did not have to replace this board, but they did anyway, and this speaks volumes about their integrity as a company. Not only is the product awesome, but the company seems to really care about their customers, and this deserves a huge shout out from me!
