This electric scooter was really easy to install and ride. There are only a few steps with a video to teach you how to put it together. I managed to finish it alone in less than 5 minutes. It came with a charger and air pumper for the tires(both are really easy to use). The speed of this scooter is really easy to balance and control. I usually go about 12 mph but it could reach up to around 20 mph. There is a small screen on the right side of the handle showing low fast you are going and how far you have traveled. On the left side, there is a button for the front light and a button to honk. The horn is pretty loud so it makes me feel safer while riding, knowing that pedestrians would be able to hear and move out the way. The basket is great because I usually use this scooter to go grocery shopping and the basket is able to hold a decent amount of weight. The seat is surprisingly comfortable and the scooter looks very sturdy. This was overall a great experience and I would recommend my friends to buy one! 😁 ... show more

Assembling it is very easy, even for someone like me who is not very convenient. At first, I thought it was not functioning properly, but soon realized that it couldn't fully start while charging - I learned the lesson! It comes with three keys and a practical phone holder (installation requires more effort). Cycling is very interesting, light and fast, just as fast as a children's mini bike, but the price is clearly more affordable. I ride this scooter whenever I need to go out, it is lightweight and pretty easy to assemble and disassemble, the instructions were pretty straightforward, helpful, and easy. The battery also charges quite fast, and it last for a long while. It is also pretty convenient since I don’t need to spend a long time on assembling and disassembling or charging the battery. The scooter is also very smooth and durable and makes me feel safe when I do ride it. Just a couple hours of charging and you win a full day of riding, which really makes us happy, and although the charging port is a bit inconveniently located, the overall design makes up for it. Very smooth easy assembly and great acceleration in the beginning and that was for short distance. However once I decided to go just a little further the alignment was off with the handles going one way and the scooter going the other which has never happened to me with any other scooter. Maybe it was just a malfunction for my scooter and it’s not the normal… no kidding I felt like my life was flashing before my eyes so I returned item and still waiting a refund. ... show more
