We r very pleased with this scooter. It is a very smooth ride. It's not one u would want to carry with a shoulder strap or even in a bag for much of a distance cuz it is heavy. But it has a very nice design and folds up really well. It's a lot faster than our other scooter and just all together rides really well. The footboard is wide enough to have plenty of room for ur feet to fit comfortably and has handlebars with adjustable height. Assembly was easy and when we discover that our order was missing the charger we contacted the company and they mailed us one immediately and even gave us a small refund for our troubles. I would highly recommend this scooter if ur looking for something that is fast with a nice design and reliable customer service. Daily Sports will be my go to for any future scooter needs. Really cool display but if you want to place your phone and dont need that much power get the Daily Sports X1. If you want the cool display and dont need your phone on the handlebar definitely get the Q30. I tried several scooters this past few weeks looking for the best one and this is the best one you'll find specially for offroad. I tested the scooter out by the canal since I live near the farms. I took it with my dog so I could have her run since she has a lot of energy and I cant keep up with her on foot. I'm considering using the scooter to go to work now that gas prices went up. I tried the scooter on the road and I was able to go up to 36 mph probably could have gone for more but I find 25 to be the best to maintain a stable pace. If you hear a tingling sound keep riding it. I asked the seller since I had concerns with the sound but they were very responsive and it did go away. Motor is quiet so dont worry about waking up the neighbors at night it has cool lights and headlight to drive at night. Even turn signals. Overall great purchase. ... show more

This scooter is great! It’s gets you where you need to be in a quick and comfortable fashion. My only complaints are that the speedometer only reads in kilometers and I think that the top speed is around 35-37 mph

This product looks and sounds good on Screen but in reality it is not worth it. It comes with a display that displays kmh not mph and you can't change it. The item description will tell you how far the battery is good for but in reality it won't even go as far as it's described, I paid for the upgraded version which gave it 40 miles minimum 57 max, I was lucky if it went 20 miles. Also you'll get a manual that comes with it, after my last ride home a warning light came on, I studied that whole book and there's not 1 mention of warning lights or what they mean or how to correct them. I requested a refund and it has to be done through Amazon with no way to actually contact the sellers. Do yourself a favor and DON'T BUY!!!!!! ... show more

The scooter can't even climb hills like it's supposed to, and on top of that the scooter breaks down after two days of riding it. The company did advertise that they have a 24/7 customer service but they actually don't, they only respond to emails after 3 days, or they will tell you to download WhatsApp to communicate. I recommend whoever is in need of a electric scooter should definitely stay away from this one. ... show more

Great power and battery seems great. Can handle larger adults. I am 275 lbs and this thing moves. Tires are a good size and suspension is good. Seems like a strong scooter. Customer service is great through the app they recommend you download to communicate. Thanks again.
