We haven’t even used this product 3 times and the rocking mechanism is horrible if the baby moved it powers off. Now it won’t even come on when I click the rocking mode. I don’t recommend buying this product.

Ok so I do love it. I love how adjustable the heights are on the rails and inside the crib but there were no directions given in the box so it was hard to put together and we can figure out how to get it rocking. My favorite thing is the zippered bar that comes down so I can have it half open and closed and easily get her in and out of her bassinet while I’m sitting in bed. Right now I rock it and it’s a smooth rock and the quality of the item is nice and sturdy. It’s a good value for your money. UPDATE : Amazon sent me a new one. I do wish the rocking wasn’t so aggressive even in the low setting. It’s not horrible but I feel like it should be less rocking than it is. Still good I guess.

I bought this in March. I just put it together this month because baby is coming soon. And it won’t turn on. My return window has passed so now I’ve just lost almost $200. 0/10 don’t recommend .
