Update: Manufacturers replaced defective model. The only dislike is the difficulty of removing it. Perfect for Erectile Dysfunction with age and shrinkage. So I actually got this as a male masturbator and was kinda surprised that it's more a male enhancement product. It is a male masturbator too and if you like a little pleasure spiked with pain then this thing is great. It sucks and pulls on your manhood to the brink of pain but it feels great. More surprising though is it actually works to extend the length and increase the girth of your member. After just a 10 minute session you'll be avle to tell an obvious difference in your size. It has a built in ruler to help keep track of where you were and where you're going in size. It has various settings to test your limits as well as multi mode settings that work to stimulate you in great ways for masturbation. Being disabled and wheelchair bound , I thought I`d try these as an martial aide for me and my lady . And , wow , Both work great , In fact , You have to be careful with the suction or you could damage stuff . They come with rings , and other extra fun attachments . Definitely worth the money .

I bought this expecting a variety of options for therapeutic purposes (prostate surgery). What I found was that yes, it did have 5 "modes". the first - come up t pressure & hold there, was OK. The second and third levels of this device did the same thing but at painfully higher pressure. the other two modes go up to pressure, then release, then repeat. The second of these two takes it to a higher pressure than the first. The other "6 training modes" are a mystery. The "lips" button simply allows you to increase the pressure to whatever level you want and it stays there. The body of the device, the tube, was smoke grey plastic, not transparent as pictured. I guess that if those are the features you are looking for, then it would be great. But they were not the features I was looking for. The advertising is deceptive in that it does not function as expected.

Great! I love the 5 options for training. I outgrew the cylinder, so I purchased a second unit and combined the two cylinders. The vacuum pump has more than enough suction for double the cylinder volume. That's impressive! With consistent use and manual stretching, I am at 9.75inches. My only critique is creating an option with a larger cylinder for men 9"+. An 11" cylinder option would be ideal.
