It has decent weight, it is easy to carry but it does not feel like it will fall over when using it. It highlights the fatal flaw while keeping the tone objective but firm. **Title:** Unusable after just a few months — Short in the power cord **Review:** I purchased this electric nail file back in January 2026, and unfortunately, it has already become completely unusable. The tool itself worked fine initially, but a major design or manufacturing flaw has ruined it. The L-shaped power cord that plugs from the base directly into the handpiece/file has developed a severe short. If the cord moves even a millimeter during use, the entire file shuts off instantly. Because you constantly have to move your hand and adjust angles while filing nails, this constant cutting out makes it impossible to get through a single manicure. It is incredibly frustrating to have a tool fail this quickly under normal use. If you are looking for a reliable, long-lasting e-file, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I do hair and wanted more nail clientele, I quickly learned the chord gets in the way fast. the chord that connects the drill is not super easy to navigate. if you bend it to much it will auto shut off. the drill itself is nice and works very well for the price. its also pretty quite when using. the attached bits are nice and sturdy when locked in. its fast rpm, never had issues taking off product. ... show more
