It's great. Do know that the first time I tried it I didn't think it worked. The light came on but I was trying to push the warm button on the panel on the front but nothing changed. But when I got home I plugged it in and walked away. About 20 min later I could smell the food so I ckd and it was hot. So just cause you can't change the front setting doesn't mean it's not warming. Really am going to like having warm food while working out of a delivery van. It's super light and easy to clean. Love that it comes with the carry case too. And real, albeit small, silverware. Very pleased with this product. It works great. I usually put my leftovers (chicken, rice, veggies etc. in a microwavable glass dish and cover it with foil, then place it in the container (keeps the container cleaner). Usually about 20 minutes before lunch time and you have a very hot meal. At first, I just used the aluminum foil and folded in my lunch. But it can leave a kind of foil taste so that's when I started using the glass dish. You don't have to use a glass dish if you don't want to and just use the container.
