Works as advertised, heats well, handle is handy, and metal insert pulls out for easy refridgeration since you can't put the whole device in the fridge. Plug goes in a little tough and if you leave it heating too long it will make the bottom of the food crispy or burn it (if left waaay too long/few hours), but if used as instructed you will enjoy this a lot!
