I really like my Wingscaddy. It takes me about 3 minutes to set it up before my round and put it away after my round. It is lighter than the other models that my friends have, yet is very sturdy - all metal. The large wheel base keeps it from tipping over. It goes fast and is responsive. The rechargeable battery is light and lasts for 2-1/2 rounds. It was significantly cheaper than other models which have a lot of plastic parts but are bulky and heavy. I am very satisfied with my purchase (I have had it for 4 months and use it twice per week, or more). It took about 1 hour to assemble after it arrived because the instructions are a little hard to understand. The video was helpful, but fast so I had to replay it a number of times. All in all this electric remote-controlled golf caddy cart is a good value and I'm glad I bought it.

I purchased this remote-controlled cart just before the Spring 2025 Season. I was very pleased with the features for the price point. This battery-powered cart has operated very well for me. The lithium-ion battery was more than adequate in propelling the cart loaded with my clubs. Actually, it worked very well and was easy to operate and control. With the early cool and wet conditions in the Midwest, then the hot summer temeratures and up and down hills and uneven terrain the Wings Caddy performed admirably. I did have a repair issue within the last two weeks of the golf season where the rear left wheel motor stopped operating. I contacted the manufacturer and they arranged for me to return my rear motor unit for evaluation and repair/exchange. I was notified two days after delivery to their Service Center that the issue was resolved with a new left motor replacing the broken left unit and that I would receive my cart in a few days. I am very impressed with the customer service and the quality of the Wings Caddy golf cart. I would highly recommend this golf cart to anyone looking for a battery cart with ease of operation, durability, a competitive price point and customer service that backs up this product if breakdowns do occur. It has made my walking while playing golf so much more enjoyable than using my previous push carts!

I experienced two major issues with this cart. First, the remote control did not respond reliably. On several occasions, I lost control of the cart because the remote signal was not working properly, and the cart even ended up going into a ditch. Second, the cart tips over too easily when traveling across side slopes. I believe this is due to the fixed front wheel design, which reduces stability on uneven terrain. Because of these issues, I decided to return the cart and look for another option.

I was excited to try out my first battery powered golf caddy. It seemed to work perfectly until it hit some bumpy turf and tipped over. This kept happening, and I gave up after nine holes. The center of balance was off. I realized that the bag I was using was a stand bag which didn’t fit properly on the caddy. I changed to a cart bag, and voila it fit well and the caddy functioned perfectly. I took off one star because I believe the description of the caddy should have emphasized that it required a cart bag to work properly. This caddy is significantly cheaper than most, and it doesn’t have any add-ones which I would consider princess features. It’s bare bones, but it will support a tote bag hung from the small handle. It saves lots of energy carrying or pushing one’s bag up and down hills. The remote control allows one to walk upright while the caddy bears the weight of the clubs. The savings from not renting a power cart will pay off the cost of the caddy in a year or two while lengthening one’s golf life significantly.

First, this cart came super early. Assembly was easy, although some of the pics were a little tough to understand. I like the fact that the wheels can be removed to save space in my car trunk. It's very light weight. The cupholder is a little small, meaning it can only hold small diameter bottles. But the cart functions very well. I haven't had the chance to use it on the course yet. But I have road tested in around my driveway. Seems to work very well. I can see how it can allow me to walk next to it or to allow it to lead ahead of me. Looking forward to using it and getting exercise while I golf.

I bought this electric golf cart for my father’s birthday in February, and it was, without a doubt, the best gift he’s ever received. The moment he unboxed it, he lit up like a kid on Christmas morning — he absolutely loved it and couldn't stop smiling. Ever since then, this cart has become his favorite companion on the golf course. The product is well-built, performs beautifully, size is perfect for gold bag and made every round of golf easier and more enjoyable for him. He even came up with a new superstition — he believes he makes more birdies if he sends the cart to the next hole before putting! That’s how smooth and reliable the remote control is, even from a long distance. Update (4 months later): We had a small issue where the charger connection detached. I contacted Wingscaddy’s support team, and they handled it with incredible speed and professionalism. They helped me find a replacement part quickly and made the entire process stress-free. From product to service, this has been one of the best purchases I've made in years. Highly recommended — both for quality and customer support. Thank you David!

Been searching for a year or two debating on whether to buy an electric push cart. Always felt the prices were a bit too high to make it worth the purchase. Last week I happened to notice this one for $699 and read great reviews so decided to buy it. Assembly was so easy. Brilliant by the manufacturer to place all hardware in the slots they belong so you just have to take them out, put the few pieces together, and reinsert the bolts. Used it for an 18 hole round in a drizzling rain this weekend and can't say enough how great it was. Super easy to maneuver, very receptive to the remote commands, and it handled up and down inclines, and sideways hills with ease. I'm sure one could crash this thing, but it would not be easy. On a few narrow, bumpy areas, I just used the know on the handle to drive it, and steered it by hand rather than the remote. As the day went on, I used the remote even through tighter cart path/wooded areas with ease and control. Ran into a couple of older buddies who have their own electric carts. They asked how much mine was. When I told them they were surprised and mentioned how theirs cost over $1,200. Love it so much I'm buying another for the wife who plays a lot. She thinks she doesn't want one, but she will change her mind quickly. This cart is almost exactly like a caddy carrying your bag, but without the $100 tip after the round.
