Features

  • All wires are clearly labeled and color-coded. And an easy-to-follow wiring diagram is included in the package. RED to 12VDC positive battery terminal, COFFEE to Fan Positive, BLACK to Sending Unit, GREY to Ignition per wiring diagram. Direct replacement part fits 10, 12, 14, and 16 inch cooling fans. For dual fan wiring, you would need two of this relay kit
  • Temperature switch turns on fan approximately at 185 Degrees and Off at 175 Degrees. The temp sensor has a 3/8 inch pipe thread, and a 1/2 inch adapter included. Please note: you need to run a 160 degrees thermostat when running this kit with this temp switch. If you got a thermostat above 160 degrees (say 180 thermostat) , your engine will not get cool enough for the fan to shut off
  • This electric cooling fan kit comes with everything you need, includes 40A relay, wiring harness, temperature switch, 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch adapter, inline waterproof fuse holder, fuses, 1 spade connector for the temp sensor, 4 ring terminals and 2 wire connectors
  • The temperature switch supplied with this kit is OE style to mount in the cylinder head of the engine or any water jacket if needed. The temperature switch MUST be grounded through the threads to the engine in order for it to work, and the engine MUST be grounded
  • This relay kit is enough to run medium profile or low profile electric fan. For high profile fan, you can use ZOZOMOTORS heavy duty relay kit P/N 30247. Or crimp/solder bigger wires yourself for pin 30 & 87 to carry enough load for the fan (10 gauge wire - 30 Amps). Recommend to use dual fan relay kit to run dual fan set up

  • Great quality!
I bought this electric fan wiring kit to upgrade my cooling system, and it worked perfectly. The kit included everything I needed — wiring, relay, fuse, and a switch — all clearly labeled and ready to go. Installation was straightforward, even for someone with basic electrical experience. The wiring is thick and well-insulated, which gives me confidence it’ll last through heat and vibrations under the hood. The relay and fuse are a nice touch for safety and protecting the electrical system. Since installing, the fan kicks on exactly when it should, keeping my engine temps stable during hot weather and heavy traffic. The switch is solid and easy to operate from inside the cab. Overall, great value and a reliable upgrade if you’re replacing a mechanical fan or adding an electric fan setup. ... show more

  • 12v electric fan control wire harness.
Excellent electric fan controller, pre-terminated wiring harness with sending unit, and the price was right.

  • It needs one more thing
This was a pretty decent kit, the only thing that would have made it 5 stars is if it came with a matching male plug for the fan connection as it comes with it's own and I had to order a match separately, but hey, it works.

  • Wiring diagram is slightly wrong Wiring diagram is slightly wrong
So wiring is wrong, you wire the gray/trigger wire to a positive to turn the relay ON unless you wire it backwards with red being the ground and black being positive then you’d be able to run it on the engine block using the thermal switch included I’m using a toggle switch to turn the relay on so hopefully it doesn’t burn my Jeep WJ down and lasts a long time I’ll make sure to wrap it up and keep it away from any moisture and dust, i dont go through mud its a daily driver and occasionally i go on trails in the Rocky Mountains so we will see how it works I’ll update this review if it ends up breaking 🤞 ... show more
