I order this shoes taking my chances because they are pointy. I wear a size 10 regular I order 10.5 and the fit is great. I adjusted the cushions for more comfort on the inside of the shoes and it feels better helping not getting a blistard. The shoes took a while to come but it was worth the wait they were wrapped very nice and secure and I received a flower and 2 pads for inside. I just order my second pair in Beige and i will order some more colors the shoes have a bit of a padding inside so it makes the inner better I have high arch I wish they can use a bit more padding but they are a good looking pair of shoes eithr casual or to go out with a dress or skirt. I truly love this shoes. They are made of leather. They are super cute and I am planning to wear them for a job interview. The best part is that they are not super tall so you are comfortable. I physically received my pair of shoes today and I love it, i also appreciate that elder notified me that they observed that I made a purchase for 3 pairs of the same size shoes, however, different coloured and that they shipped 1 pair for me to try first to provide them with a feedback re the fitting, they kept in touch with me so as to avoid customer dissatisfaction and the hassle of returning the shoes so they were waiting for my fitting, I did so today and I must express that I love it. Included in the box were protective covers for each shoe, heel inserts and a cute little rose.
