They have an elastic waistband that's not to tight, with a drawstring. The material is thin, not thick, lightweight & comfortable. They will not be overly warm. Think knit & not sweatshirt material. Quality is decent but not terrible. The only complaint I have is the Light Gray came opened, as if it was returned & not repackaged. Not too big of a concern because I washed them before wearing. Pants great but shirt not great. I’m a true medium but the top was pretty snug and short in length then I would have wanted. 3 stars based on the top that I won’t wear. Maybe sizing up would help but then the pants would be too big (I’m 5’3). Quality feels nice and is soft.
